Vaper Venue 3.0

Out of all the vape shops I’ve been to, this is honeymoon the best. The people who work there, especially Kat and Alan, are super chill and super friendly. You could basically make this place your second home LOL. This is the only shop that has lychee flavor from the brand cockatoo. I definitely recommend, especially if you’re a beginner!

Allan and Kat were great ! They were super friendly and knew I was a beginner and walked me through everything. They test juices on a drip tester not those weird little old school kind. They set me up with a good mod that fit my price range and even after, they helped fix any issues I had with my mod when I come in. Kat even remembered my name, mod, and the juice I got last time. Alan knows a lot about vaping and new stuff and answers all my questions, even the ones that are kinda dumb, not to mention he does great builds.

Great inventory, staff and a wide variety of choice to pick from. Kat and Allan are bilingual (English and Chinese) the merchandise they have range from atomizers juices hats clothes and more! They also have hookah! This place is definitely a must for all vapers. They have plenty of chairs and two sofas with a table to hangout and lounge. The staff is very friendly and welcoming for people to hangout and enjoy a Vape session at the shop. The owner and his buddies are laid back and friendly.

This place is a fucking joke now I don’t ever plan on coming back they never have any of the juice I vape on the shelves are most empty and when full the products consist of other type juices hardly any monkey line mite as well change the name of the store for starters the environment is shit before the store had the welcoming feeling where one could relax and chat w everybody now since the original employees have left the store went to shit the welcome mat is no longer there the environment has changed completely unless your of oriental decent then your fine but for anybody else

This place is super chill and has nice staff. However, as far as providing good business and good customer service, this place is the worst. I purchased a zephyrus tank from them and they never have the coils on stock. Called this place multiple times and even visited them a handful of times but never had it on stock. Just last week they told me «they’re phasing out the zephyrus so it’s hard to get coils». B.S. I look online and there’s an abundance of supply. This place is notorious for selling unheard of tanks (which is cool) to customers but can’t provide a steady supply of replacement coils (not cool). With this being said, definitely not coming back. Save your time and go somewhere else.

This place is ridiculous. I’ve bought a uwell crown tank from them. I ran out of coils so I came to the shop to purchase a pack. They tell me they have ran out. Okay so I call a week later they tell me it’s going to be a week before we get them. I call them a week later and they still don’t have it. I ask them when and they tell me next week. At this point I’m still patient and I leave my phone number so they can contact me when they arrive. It took one month before they finally got the coils. I called them to hold two packs for me and that I would pick it up from them. I come to the shop to pick up my coils and they told me they sold mine to another person who wanted them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Bad customer service. Don’t come here. I refuse to come back to this place!!!

Didn’t really want to give this place a 2-​star review but I just had to.
I’ve been to this shop for more than 2 years now, ever since their first soft opening back in 2013. This shop was my go to shop when Lance n Sofi (?) was working here.
I just want to cut the crap and be straight on.
The plaza is dead, it feels like you’re in Walking Dead whenever you visit this place. Then there’s this Vape Shop that I used to go to. NOW, the shop looks dirty before you even go inside. I’m not sure if inside is the same way or not. What happened to all of the great looking fish inside the tank too? They barely have anything on their shelves; as in mechanical mods, dripper, and so on. I feel like this shop is run by HS kids that just turned 18 and graduated, there is only 1 person that actually knows about vapes, but the rest, they’re just there just because. Juices selection got cut down; I don’t see all of the Vaping Monkey E-Juice’s up on their juice rack, there are only some of them that are presented in this shop. I thought every Vaper Venue has all of their VM Line, but I was wrong. They stop carrying half of the flavors over here. Another thing that’s pretty sketch for me was this Cloudy Juice? What is that? There’s no label or anything, isn’t that illegal? I don’t know if I should even get a check up after trying this juice. I tried the juice and it was just bad, it doesn’t taste good, my coil tar-​ed within couple days and it stained my atty. As for their pricing, I am pretty sure that it went up, or maybe I’m wrong. The one that I know is that they’re selling 120ml Colossus by Cyclops Vapor at $ 80, online sells them for $ 50. Another thing was, I haven’t seen the bird for awhile now. Every time I visit, they always told me that he’s in the back. I wonder if I’m just visiting at the wrong time. But after asking couple friends of mine that visit the shop more often, they barely see’s the bird also.
Anyways, some of you guys that works here are awesome. But I just can’t anymore. I just don’t think Vaper Venue would be like this. Was a really big fan of VM, but now, I don’t know.

I just had to unscrew a tank that was screwed on too tight. Dumb problem and easy solution but I’m glad they were chill with helping me out anyways. Seems like they know their stuff too and they have sampling so that’s always nice.

Awesome place to go when you’re in Pearl plaza. Employees are friendly and very informative.

I felt right at home when I walked in for the first time. Was recommended by a friend and asked for Lance. He was very informative and patient in answering all my questions with everything from the get go to maintenance. There is a good selection of juices and you won’t be rushed at all if you want to sit down and try a lot of flavours. I will definitely come back.

Giving 3 stars because I haven’t officially been in the store, but the day I went Unilocal claimed the store to be open until 12am! I was super excited to find a store that’s open this late I only know of 3 others. 2 of them not close at all. But when I got to the store it was closed about 40 mins before the closing time. And not to mention the store doesn’t have any store hours on the front. Just Monday– Sunday and the time was blank. Almost all reviews are 5 stars so I’m hoping that when I do visit I’m not disappointed. Once I actually visit the store I’ll change this review. Keep in mind though, that at 11:25pm the store was already closed in case anybody on a Friday night.

Excellent place for vaping related stuff, from atty to juice to battery, they carry all.
Friendly staffs, chill environment, doesnt push you to spend a ton of money here. You can shop around with peace of mind.

Pretty chill spot in a bigger shopping center area. Lots of little food joints and other stuff around which is good. Saw a few girls chillen with some hookahs outside, and inside I was met by Sofi (sp?). Good dude and let me try a few of their juices. Pretty good selection, would be curious to see how their builds are; seems they only do basic builds (I asked about dual vertical coils, he said he could only do standard hot builds). Will return again.

Recently went to Vaper venue 3.0, had a great experience. Staff was very knowledgable and nothing was rushed. They explained the different types of mods and atomizers and they found something that would fit into my budget. They even built my atomizer and charged my batteries. Thanks to them because I recently broke my mechanical mod and I was smoking cigarettes. Thank you Vaper Venue 3.0

The staff here are really chill. They really know how to do good customer service.
The vape shop is located in Pearl Plaza on Nogales. On first glance, the shop looks really nice. You can tell how well they manage the store by looking at how clean their fish tanks are. Super clean. Okay, let see what this place can do.
It’s my first visit here, I wanted start my own vape. They asked for my preferences in taste, and let me try all short of juices I may like before purchasing. As for mods, they explained everything. How it works, what a build is, how to take care of my mod, etc. Nice to know that they won’t be leaving me in the dark.
They also have a point system in which every every purchase earns you points. You can get free juices, merchandises, and more as you save up your points. Really nice.

Came back to this shop recently and theres another guy here that hooks it up!
Letting me try out all the new flavors they are getting in, giving me info on different blends and to try mixing some.
This is my favorite vape shop now.

I’ve been a vaper for over a year now and have sampled a lot of juices and my favorite is the monkey line of juices. I use to order it online or go to the oc store to buy it but am very happy to have this store open near me.
The most important thing for me at a vaper shop is timely service and quality of service and this store hooks it up in spades. Jimmy is awesome, there’s no pressure to buy and he’ll help you set up your equipment. I bought a nemesis atomizer from them and not only did they set up my coils, Jimmy used the drilling machine to enlarge the holes so that I get the vape I like. This is my go to shop now!!!
