On the recommendation of my husband, Iwas looking for jie to help me a perm. Let me tell you that she is such a sweetheart and my daughter loves her! I’ve been spending a lot of money on different hairstylists and you will be satisfied with her beautifying your hair. The other ladies at this salon are good as well as I got my haircut from someone else at the same time. However, I would use Jay in the future since she cares about what her clients want.

I met at her old location which is not far from her new one. Jay is located at the Hair Perfect salon location just across the street from her last location. I have been getting my haircut with Jay for the past 4 years and she has been tremendously hospitable and understands what hair style I want if I ask for a different style. She is very friendly and open minded and always smiles and laughs. She is by appointment only and I often call a day ahead to make an appointment. I would not know who to find to get my haircuts if Jay leaves or decides to do something else! But she is so passionate about her guests and their hair that there no reason why she would do something else X_​_​X.
She does great cuts and styles for both male and females. I see more females go in for services like colors, highlights, weaves, straightening, makeup and up dos.
She also gives discount for students for up dos!
One of those BEST KEPT SECRETS IN ROWLAND HEIGHTS.
