Don’t waste your money! Terrible customer service. I had to wait for 30 min with my feet in cold water for a girl just to start my pedicure. Because I was running out of time– and I had 1,5 hour for everything– my manicure was not done at all. Will never return back! Just a waste of time.
There are several other places in the area where you can get a descent job done in timely manner!

Called in earlier today to ask what time they close, the lady said «we close at 7.» Drive up at 6:30…lights are off. Your door hours says 7pm as well. Your Unilocal hours say 7pm. Where are you?

I have been coming here for over 10 years. I usually have my toes done by Mary, but most all girls here do a great job. The #1 reason why I kept coming back is because they don’t speak about you in their language (you girls know what I mean when I make this statement too) and 2, because they’re all so friendly. I recommend this place to all my friends and family, and bring them here when we need some self care or girl time.

LOVED it here! I offered to get my friend’s nails done as a belated birthday gift and she suggested this place and it just might now be my new go-​to spot. The lady who did my nails was really precise and made suggestions to help me get the nail look I was going for. Also extra big thank you for staying open a little later just to finish our nails, you ladies are the real mvp’s.
*UPDATE*
I work a lot with phones, so my nails go through a lot of rubbing alcohol and digging and scraping against screens, cases, and hard surfaces. It’s been about a week and usually by now my gel nails will either chip or the color will fade from all the rubbing alcohol, but usually I go to other nail salons. It’s been a week and my nails STILL look as awesome as the day that I got them done and so does my friend’s (and she works a lot with hair dyes and other products) so I’m super happy and glad that my friend introduced me to this nail salon, I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Go to spot for mani/​pedi. I have been coming here for about 6 months and have had the pleasure of getting my nails and toesies done by just about everyone and I have been happy every time. Little shop sits in the shopping center across the street from the puente hills mall and is next to marshals. Mani/​pedi with gel is about $ 56 and they are pretty fast. I recommend if you live in the area or are traveling through. There is also shopping and lots of places to eat before or after. Two thumbs up to this place

I’ve been coming here to get my nails done since 2013 and this is the best nail salon in this area by far. Their gel nails usually last weeks and if you do a gel pedicure, it’ll stay on until whenever you go back to get it removed. I also love the hand and arm massage at the end of gel manicures/​pedicures and the strawberry gummy scented lotion they use.
I also occasionally get my underarms waxed and they are pretty thorough with that as well. I have also gotten a facial done here once but it wasn’t worth the money.
Overall, it’s a pretty great nail salon. They do the nails well and are very thorough with making sure there isn’t mistakes. They also listen well to what you want to do with your nail regarding shape/​cut/​color/​design. There are some downsides. First, if you go during their rush hour, you’ll have to wait over an hour to get your nails done and the ladies who work there are never straightforward with the wait time and they’ll tell you that the waits only 15 minutes. Second, they’re clean… but they’re not as clean as some other places. They don’t seem to autoclave any of their tools (only rinse with soap) and they reuse files and pumices.

I’ve been to this nail salon a few times now and the main reason I go back is because their gel manicures last a good 3 weeks! Gel manicures are $ 24 and try to tip in cash because they don’t usually charge tip to your card. Service is good and the ladies are sweet. The wait can get long, so either call ahead of time or go right when they open.
Last thing is that the hours on Unilocal were incorrect, so I ended up going today at 9 but they open at 10am on Sundays and close at 5!

I come here couple times for my nail. the ladies here are really nice. the reason I gave them 3 stars because the water pipe is broke. currently, they don’t have hot water. it’s summer time, but it’s still kind of cold with AC.

I have came to this location a few times and they have always made it a great experience every time!
First time, I have gotten a mani and pedi gel. Mani was with design and french tip pedi. I forgot who and how much it was. haha sorry.
The review is mainly for my most recent trip. I got a full set gel here and it ie gorgeous! My nail shape was almond white gel (i think it was called snowflake) and gold glitter. I received this service from Tania and she is really precise about the nail shape! I really appreciate that because if it was uneven, it would’ve drove me crazy. She was gentle handling my nails and the acrylics. I really recommend her!
Overall, I had pleasant experiences here and I recommend this place!

It was horrible. The color on the sample did not even match the color they gave me. I wanted a grayish blue but I got a bright sky blue. I asked for almond shaped nails but I got flat super short nails.

I hate this place so much. I went to get my acrylics removed and the lady didn’t even bother listening to me when I told her that my nails were EXTREMELY weak. She started aggressively ripping them off until she eventually MADE ME BLEED. She didn’t even say sorry. I guess she realized that my nails were like paper and then she started just filing it down.
At the end, I still had acrylics on my nails. I got so mad when the lady told me to pay. I’d rather just do it myself from now on.

Okay my pedicure was good and Ann deserves at least a 4. She was nice and my nails came out very cute. Let me tell you about my Pedi (*~*). Wendy not so good she was in a hurry and kept speaking in another language (RUDE). When she cut me that was enough for me. Will I come back maybe for Ann!

I been coming to this nail place, for the last two year, the lady do my nail is Jackie, I am totally recommend her. She is the best

I typically like coming here as you can see from my other review. However, this has happened twice and I need to speak up and let the patrons know…
So I called around 11AM today to see if they can see me today at 1PM. She said, ummmm yes. Since I sensed the hesitation in her voice, I asked, are you sure someone can see me around 1:05pm? If not, I can come at 5:30pm. She says to me, no 1pm is ok.
So, I get there at 1:05and the place is packed. So, she sat me down at the chair and said, someone will be right with you. I sat there for about 20 mins and nothing. My toes started getting wrinkly because it has been in the water for a while. The warm water even got cold. Finally, someone assists me at 1:29 and she didn’t even tell me her name. She was very rough with her procedures and you can tell, she’s rushing. There’s people coming in and out and someone complained because they had been waiting at the chair.
I mean, I don’t mind waiting about 5 – 10 mins. But… 25 mins is not ok and I had an appointment. I really dislike how they handle their customers. I am still sitting here getting my nails done and someone else is complaining about misinformation that the customer received. The «manager» and the customer are discussing about the situation while they are across the room. This is very unprofessional and rude.
Ok… Now the lady just left my station to go help that customer and yes, I will be late to go back to work. I am never coming back here even if it’s convenient for me.

I’m giving this review from a male’s perspective, so keep that in mind.
My sister dragged me in to get a pedicure. I had never had one before and wasn’t really looking forward to it. I have to say, it wasn’t awful. In fact, I rather enjoyed it. The lady who helped me was very friendly and joked about me kicking her because I’m very ticklish. I was happy with what I got.
I don’t want to give 5 stars because I have nothing to compare it to, but I’m happy to give 4. Basically… Guys… Go get your feet taken care of. You’ll like it.

I’ve been to this place couple times and I think they are just okay (cuz it’s near)
Today Jackie did my gel pedicure, and it turn out lovely! She’s really patient, we kinda mess up the design but she redo it right away. She’s also pretty detail at trimming and filing my nails too, the five star goes to Jackie!

This place has gone waaayyyyy downhill.
My daughter & I showed up at 9:30 (hours posted are 9:30−7). Even though the sign on the door says they open at 9:30 we didn’t get inside until 9:55 and we’re still waiting for the nail techs to show up. Their excuse — traffic. Seriously??? All of them are stuck in the same traffic jam? We’re in LA folks. Think of a better one.
On top of that they sit us both in the pedicure chairs, fill the tubs with cold water and leave us sitting there for 20 more minutes. Meanwhile, other customers show up and get started on. Oh, and my daughter and I were the only white customers in there. Of course the minute I ask when someone will be able to start on us (we have seriously been here now for 45 frickin minutes) they all chatter in a different language & tone that clearly tells me my nails will look like crap. If I wasn’t here with my daughter (this is the first time I have been able to spend quality time with my 18-​year old) I would have left. This place sucks!
I won’t be back!

Still like coming here, good pricing and they are fast, they don’t talk while they are doing your nails but I think my nail lady Wendy left. I’ve been there twice since late October and have not seen her then since, I wonder where she went. They still have good service but I feel that it’s rushed and this last time my gel chipped off
