Property Condition Consulting (PCC) is family owned and operated. We are a multiple inspector firm to meet your home inspection scheduling needs. Steve’s TREC license No. is 8713. Professional Association memberships include TAREI (Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors), InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), NT TAREI (North Texas Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors), MetroTex Association of Realtors, and Collin County Association of Realtors.

Business Owner

Steve’s inspector training was obtained through Kaplan Professional School. In 2004 Steve obtained his Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Louisville, Kentucky. Steve obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University, Arkansas

Steve is a TREC licensed inspector, No. 8713, who began inspecting residential property in 1992. During the last 19 years he has worked with public housing, Section 8, the HOME program doing both owner occupied rehabilitation and new infill construction, and first time homebuyer programs, new construction, municipal rehabilitation programs as well as private home inspection services. Steve obtained his Professional Home Inspector’s License through the Texas Real Estate Commission in 2005.
