M & M is named in honor of our first clients, Morgan and Margaret.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeanni V.

Business Owner

Jeanni, while raising her three children, volunteered for Hospice where she provided end of life care for patients. Jeanni then worked for Rutland Area Visiting Nurses for several years. In 2005, Jeanni opened her own business with just two caregivers. Seven years later, Jeanni now employes 23 Licensed Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Attendants and Registered Nurses.
