3 Step Bail Bonds

These did people helped me out, but I sure learned the hard way I should have stayed in the dam jail. I was arrested on false charges, I had never been arrested before in 56 years of life.
I have High Security DMV Tags the CHP officer did not know how to read them. California hires the worse doctors and the worse police officers, I cannot wait to move from here.
But back to the «3 step Bail» issue, Their name changes every other week or so, why is that?
No owner you can find on Manta, I do know of this jerk offered me $ 300 worth of bail money for my $ 5000 1956 NY Yankee base ball signed by the greats, Yogi Berra, Mickey Mantle, Whitey Ford, Billy Martin. He said I’d owe him nothing more, more like he would owe me!
