DON’T DO IT!!! This guy has scammed many people by leaving their car on the street as it gets ticket after ticket. I personally know two people whom had left the car for several days while it got repaired then come to find out there were outstanding tickets that they knew nothing about. He’s an asshole so go somewhere else!

I will take my car to a dealership in the future for major work.

We took our car here thinking it was to good to be true about the service that you receive from there IT WAS!!! The car is still not fixed, they had it for a month, there are parts that they said they had replaced and charged the insurance company for that were never installed or replaced. They got a parking ticket in our car on top of all that and wouldn’t and have not paid for it yet! This is a place that will tell you a story about the guy that could, but just know he doesn’t. I really hope people take the time to read this and if you do take your car there «check everything that he said that they did to make sure that what happened to us doesn’t happen to you as well ». Also, when we got our car back after it being there over a month, he had put 600 miles on our car!

I was referred to A to Z by a business associate who drives a BMW 540I and his wife has a Mercedes S Class, so I figured if they trust A to Z this place must do excellent work? That’s exactly what I experienced and considering I drive a 32 year old Volvo and received the same treatment really says a great deal about their business integrity!
And to top off the amazing service I received, they saved me over $ 200 dollars on the cost of the part alone by suggestion a used part from Pick-​n-​Pull! I would have never thought a repair shop would «think outside the box» and come up with a major cost sayings alternative especially while many of us have yet to recover from the economy! There suggestion was based on the cars age, value and my hesitation to even have the damn thing fixed? The suggestion was brilliant!
So considering how pleased I was, I referred my elderly friend who also drives a Volvo, however much newer and nicer. then my old klunker. She purchased the car just over a year ago pre-​owned from a private party at my suggestion and something happened on the way home and the entire time she’s owned the car we have been unable to get the stereo system working? I take care of pretty much anything she needs, but I’ll admit I kept putting this off because I hate care repairs!
So after months of her nagging I finally stopped by A to Z and about 20 minutes later problem solved!
If you need someone to repair your car and like most of us, have experienced horrible unnecessary and expensive repairs that ended up not solving the problem, then take my word on it and know you can trust A to Z!
Check out my other posts and you’ll find nearly all of my reviews are 5 star and that’s because I’ve personally experienced excellent service and in return I like to spread the word!

Mike is AMAZING! I found him because of the recommendation of a friend. I had some major issues going on with my Subaru and knew it needed (at least) a tune up. Mike took the time to diagnose it properly and it turned out to be a master cylinder backfiring. He did a lot of extra work (that made sense and would have been necessary soon anyways) because he was already going to be in that part of the engine and kept the total bill very cheap for that kind of repair (I did my research and know I got a DEAL). He replaced wires, did a smog check, and was completely thorough (even polished my headlights!). I have been to several mechanics in the area. I know that this repair *should* have been prevented by a 100,000 mile service I received at one of the mechanics in the area. I will now never, ever go to anyone else.

My dad and I have taken all of our cars to Mike at A to Z for the past 25 years. My 1990 BMW 525i has been in his shop once, and while it was on the lift, he showed me exactly what was wrong in addition to pointing out work that had been done by the previous owner. He doesn’t try to shove unnecessary charges for parts that need to be replaced and work that doesn’t need to be done.
I’d suggest bringing your Mercedes Benz’s, BMW’s, Volvo’s and all other European cars here before anywhere else — especially if you’re shopping around to find a reliable mechanic you can trust.

I have 52 year old car and had the same mechanic for the twelve years I’ve owned it. Then, my mechanic retired and I was looking for a new mechanic. If you’ve ever had to replace a trusted mechanic, you know how nerve wracking it can be. Mike at A to Z was referred to me by a co-​worker who has her dad’s first generation Camaro. I’ve been really happy with the speed with which Mike tackles each new visit I make to repair this or that on my classic car.
I would absolutely recommend Mike and A to Z Automotive for any car owner without a warranty.

I was referred to this mechanic and let me tell you! Mike the owner cooler then the other side of a pillow! Good service n cheaper then going to a dealership! Excellent work n fast! Will never get work done anywhere else again!!! =) He worked on my car for a good day and I was there the whole time. he was very knowledgeable about everything. We kept him company, I also bought him coffee just because he was such a nice guy and he worked on my car the whole day!!! After all that work I was expecting a big bill and it was actually a lot less then I thought! I highly recommend this place!
