A1 Towing

Do not trust him. The owner of this business is not trustworthy, I would be careful using this business at all for anything. He appeared to be a honest man until I received papers that he was suing me for storage fees. My vehicle was totaled almost three years ago at the time I was a single mother and full time student I asked if I could make payments he suggested I sign the vehicle over to him and sign a release paper I did so I was under the impression that I owed nothing I asked him if this was all I needed to do he said yes I never heard from again. Almost three years later he is now suing me for around 3000 this is not only illegal for him to do but he completely took advantage of me and my ignorance do not trust him. I would have got my car if I knew this was going to happen and if he felt I owed him money after I signed over my vehicle to him he could have contacted me and informed me of this but I never heard anything from him in have appealed and he is in the process of trying to have my wages garnished

This company has horrible customer service it all about the storage fee. They had my car for less than 10 minutes car wasn’t even on the truck all the way and they still towed it changed us $ 210 for the tow and $ 65 for storage and they didn’t even store it we followed them to the yards. The owner is heartless. Never use them

Just saw a female driver, stop to visit a friend. While on duty. She then raises the front of the white car she was towing, until it’s back bumper was dragging the road. Then drives off on her Merry way. I would never allow my car be towed by her. Just wanted the owner to know. There was a silver SUV type of car on the flatbed, and a mid size white car being towed. This happen on Albatross Way, on 5-​29-​2015 at 5:12pm

This tow yard just wants to charge storage, they do not want to help a customer out. Do not request these people to tow your vehicle!

This towing lot is AWESOME! They were able to tow my car from another tow lot without any hesitation, $, questions, etc. They saved me a trip from driving to meet them at the tow lot and just took care of everything themselves!
The owner is very professional and very warming!!! ;) I would totally refer any of my friends to A1 Towing.

Dont even waste your time. Unprofessional people who have no idea what they are doing. It would be funny if it wasnt so frustrating.
