My center wedding diamond was about to fall out and I needed it fixed asap as I was going out of town the next day for a week. I was given a price locally in Lincoln, which was 3x the price of Arden and they would not have my ring ready on time for my trip. I was referred to Arden and not only were they 3x cheaper but they had it ready in time for my trip! Am so grateful and impressed by their great customer service, honesty and quick turnaround. Definitely worth the drive!

Great staff. Created a replica of my dream ring to perfection and have always helped with questions we had about jewelry we’ve purchased elsewhere. Always my go to place for resizing and custom jobs.

My Fiancé surprised me this Thanksgiving with my dream engagement ring. Unfortunately the ring setting only came in one size. My fiancé took a risk and purchased the ring without knowing if we’d be able to resize the setting. My Fiancé and I brought my new ring to Arden Jewelers to see if they would be able to resize my ring. We were greeted by two girls who were extremely friendly. I showed them my ring and they said they could definitely resize it! They helped me figure out the right size and then told me their price. They are extremely reasonable. Their resizing includes cleaning and rhodium dipping. I was given a week turn around. We dropped off my ring on Saturday and on Wednesday I got a call saying my ring was ready! I was over the moon to finally get my ring and try it on for the first time. They close at 6:00 PM and due to a traffic accident I knew I was going to be late. I called them letting them know I was going to be late and asked it it would be ok if I was there a few minuets after closing. The girl on the phone was so friendly and said that was no problem. I arrived at 6:10 and was greeted with a smile even though they had to stay later for me. My ring is stunning and they sized it perfectly. I have a halo set diamond with a knife edge band and you can’t tell at all that the ring was resized. I’m thrilled with my ring and service. All future cleanings and my 6 month inspections will be done here. I highly recommend Arden Jewelers.

I have now visited Arden Jewelers several times for a variety of services over the last couple years. Each time I’m treated very well. Everyone is pleasant, smiling and it’s very calm and low key in their store. They really do understand customer service! I won’t name names, I’m sure whoever you deal with will treat you right!
I’ve had a few appraisals done on jewelry. The entire staff is very friendly and puts in the time and effort to get things done quickly and correctly. They are easy to work with, and care about their customer (me!). Make sure to get the cleaning BEFORE it’s appraised, the pictures come out so much better!!! They were able to advise me on approximate value and then decide whether the appraisal was worth paying for. In each instance, I’ve been satisfied with the appraisal and review. There was one time that they did make one small mistake and went out of their way to correct it immediately — and with a smile.
I have sold them scrap jewelry and received good value for my items. I have sold a couple of gold rings and one small diamond ring. I got better money here than I was offered at other shops. They have good measuring and testing equipment. This is important!!!
I had them custom design my wife’s wedding band from gold I smelted on my own. They were able to take the raw gold and transform it into the band that represents my life long bond with the woman I love. The work was fantastic, it was beautifully matched to the design and contour of the engagement ring and the two pieces complement each other very well.

Angelo designed a stunningly beautiful ring that was a gift for me from my husband. I had some ideas about how we
wanted it to look and Angelo showed me his custom setting on the computer. It was easy and helpful that we were able to make design changes along the way and I could see them on the screen. The stone and setting cost less than we budgeted and it’s amazingly! Thanks Arden Jewelers!

I could not have asked for a smoother process in selecting an engagement ring. For anyone who has ever been frustrated trying to figure out what ring to choose, this is the place to go! I came in totally blind and in the very early stages of thinking about an engagement ring with a couple different ideas in my head. Angelo assured me that there was no rush, no worries, and definitely no need to get frustrated. I couldn’t find a specific ring that I liked in the store so he helped me design one from scratch and it turned out beautifully. I am so thankful for the help Arden Jewelers has given me through this process!

I called several places to find out cost to resize my wedding set of 3 rings. Shelley was so nice and helpful over the phone — that in addition to a more reasonable price — brought me into the store. After consultation with the jeweler, I was told it would be a week to get the job done. I had casually mentioned I was going out of town for the weekend in two days. I was floored when Shelley called the next day to say all 3 rings were ready! They didn’t want me to be without my rings for my trip. Kudos to the team at Arden Jewelers — their customer service and quality work is first rate!

I was so excited when Angelo Parisi sold my engagement ring for 3 times more than another local jeweler had estimated. Angelo was fair, honest and successfully negotiate the sale of my ring so that both the buyer and I were happy! In addition, he was very professional and very easy to work with!

I went to nearly every jeweler in the Arden area before coming here, and these guys were by far the best. I was focusing on emeralds for my wedding band as opposed to diamonds because I love the color, and I didn’t care if the stone was man-​made. Not only did this place have the best selection, but the man behind the counter created some of the pieces himself and had a VAST knowledge of the gemstones themselves. No one else during my search had bothered to tell me to BE CAREFUL when you have something other than a diamond for your center stone because we live in a world surrounded by metal car doors and steel filing cabinets and the stone can break if you’re not smart with it.
I highly recommend Arden Jewelers to everyone who’s tired of the same-​looking junk at all the stores in the mall.

My fiancé and I were looking for a place to resize my ring. I’m so glad I found this place because other places were wanting to charge us more than 150 $. Here they charged us 80 $ for 4 sizes more for a 14k ring. I would recommend this place to others.

My husband bought me a vintage onyx and diamond ring for Christmas. It was way too small and we took it to Shane who kept it for two weeks before saying they couldn’t do it. Took it to Arden Jewelers and they did it perfectly for a third of the cost that Shane would have charged. Angelo was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve spent the last month researching rings and the last week visiting stores. Only one other place even gave me adequate service. Here I received far above that. They helped me find and design a ring that was perfect. We negotiated what I feel is a fair price and got a ring I believe my future wife will cherish for her entire life. I was pretty picky looking for the perfect set with the perfect setting and arrangement for the engagement ring. They will have it done for me in just two weeks in time for a Christmas engagement. They were so friendly and helpful, more concerned with helping me find what I wanted rather then just trying to get me to buy. I prefer working with small businesses for just this reason you get that personal touch you just can’t get from a large retailer.

You will never need to go to another jeweler. Their prices are fair and they have a great selection of all types of jewelry. Every time I have been in the staff have been amazing. You will receive the personal care and attention you deserve at Arden Jewelers. Angelo is extremely knowledgeable and gives really great advice. We got both my wedding band and engagement ring there and we will continue to return for all our jewelry needs. Seriously ah-​mazing!

I went into Arden Jewelers with some old jewelry to sell. While the gentleman there wasn’t interested in purchasing the pieces I brought in, he was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He explained things very clearly and was patient and warm even after it became clear that we wouldn’t be making a deal that day. I learned a lot from the information he shared with me. Though I was disappointed that he didn’t want my merchandise, I commend him for his excellent customer service skills and will certainly keep Arden Jewelers in mind for future purchases.

After contacting several jewelers to find someone who could rework a piece of heirloom jewelry, one jeweler reluctantly suggested I try Arden Jewelers. I called them, and spoke to Angelo about what I wanted done. He understood and invited me to bring in the jewelry. He did exactly what I wanted and had the piece ready the same day! He was also very reasonable! The shop is simple, but has a lot of lovely jewelry, including some neat original pieces. This is a real jeweler, not just a retail shop. They do the work on the premises and obviously make an effort to satisfy the customer. I’ll be back and recommending this locally owned business to everyone.

Before going to this place get your homework done. If you know about your jewelry then these guys will definitely point you into the right direction. I came in to get my fiancé’s ring resized and they were reasonable with price. I haven’t sold anything to this jeweler but their customer service is as everyone says it is: «very decent.» Angelo, the gentleman that helped me, was very knowledgeable and willing to help.
By the way, I have an uncle who is a jeweler but since he was on vacation I went ahead and searched for an establishment that would help me resize an engagement ring. I found that Arden Jewelers was pretty reputable and they were open immediately after New Years day which was a bonus for my schedule.

I’ve had good experiences the 2 times I’ve been to Arden Jewelers and I like their larger new location. We went in recently to have 4 of my rings resized and J’s ring cleaned. Their resize prices were lower than the other jewelers we got a quote at, and they even gave us a few freebies (threw in a free cleaning, discounts on resizing, etc.) Plus I like the friendly staff and the no-​pressure environment; they’re not the über-​snooty upscale jeweler, nor are they the jeweler where the staff seems sleazy and too eager to make a buck.
Granted (seeing the other reviews) I haven’t tired buying or selling here, but so far Arden Jewelers has been great. I *will* say that they don’t have a huge inventory, and I wish they’d opened the curtain in their showroom… come on, Arden Jewelers, gems are meant to sparkle! Let that sunlight in :)
