Rich was referred to us by a colleague of mine and we’re so fortunate to have made the connection with him. We were first-​time home buyers, both self employed, looking for a multi-​family property where we would live and rent out, and purchasing with an FHA loan.
The first thing we really liked about Rich was it felt like we were looking at houses with a (very informed!) friend. He always held the vision of what we wanted and kept our best interests at the forefront, sharing with us his depth of knowledge regarding how each property would work with an FHA and pointing out any possible relative red flags so we had a better idea of what we would be taking on.
Rich is very knowledgable about midtown neighborhoods, the market, and we definitely benefited from his experience with multi-​unit properties. He always answered our questions and got back to us very quickly, and got us showings to houses right away. Once we found our property he helped us put together a solid offer that was chosen among multiple offers! It was bittersweet when escrow closed because we knew we’d be seeing less of Rich.

Nicole worked with us once we went into escrow as our primary agent was scheduled to be away for a couple of weeks. At first we were a little nervous about switching agents during our purchase process but shortly after we started working with Nicole, we realized we were incredibly lucky to have her on our team! We wouldn’t have had our purchase process go any other way.
Nicole’s understanding and knowledge of the home buying process runs deep into the fine print. She is assertive and interjects when necessary to make certain things are going correctly, and she is also a great listener so we always felt like she was looking out for us and taking excellent care of us.
Nicole was present for all of our inspections including the entire 5 hour home inspection and the sewer inspection when we couldn’t be there. On a separate day when our arborist, plumber and electrician all showed up at the same time, my partner and I went with one inspector each and Nicole went with the third, asking him questions and bringing us up to speed on what he found. Nicole went above and beyond helping us in so many ways – what would we have done without her?
This was our first home purchase, and there were so many different aspects to learn about in such a short amount of time. Nicole was amazing putting everything in layman’s terms for us and explained the process and details more than once so we were always very informed.
Even though Nicole wasn’t our primary agent she even came to our signing! Nicole knew what every single page was just by glancing at it and explained everything to us which I really appreciated.
