History

Established in 2003.

With aspirations of working in a Midtown Sacramento real estate office, Rich and Tina Wilks partnered with Mason Mcduffie from Pleasanton to open their own brokerage in 2003. Originally Prudential Ca. Realty, the office became successful in the first few months of operation. With strong leadership the office sustained through the market crash in 2002. 2010 brought about a brand change to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate-​Mason McDuffie.

Business Owner

Rich Wilks has extensive knowledge of the greater Sacramento real estate market, particularly the central city. A Sacramento native, Rich received a B.S. in business and marketing from USC and has been in sales and marketing for 23 years. Rich is also heavily involved in with the Sacramento Board of Realtors serving on many committees including political action committee. He has a passion for educating his agents helping them to create long term success through building their real estate business.
