Really really cheap. Took my wedding dress here and Nancy cleaned it for $ 100. It looks better than the day I wore it! She was done with it in less than a week. She called me to let me know it was ready. Well worth the price!

Not too much to say outside of the fact that anytime I have asked for my clothes within two days, she acts like I am asking her to pick me up from the airport. They also ripped a shirt of mine and refused to accept responsibility.
I only go here because it is a convenient location.

We have been going to Fashion Cleaners for over 25 years. I agree that Nancy is fantastic. The service is great, the prices are reasonable, and we’ve never had a problem with our dry cleaning over the years. (By the way, I believe it’s not good practice for a reviewer to rate a business based on one visit.). I highly recommend Fashion Cleaners.

I took a dress here to have it dry cleaned on New Years Eve because I wanted to wear it that night. This is a dress Ive only worn one time in the 2 years I’ve had it. I have never used a dry cleaning service in Sacramento so this was my first experience. I took the dress and dropped it off to the owner. A few hours later I get a call from her. She left me a voicemail stating that she was having a problem cleaning my dress and she needed me to come down there to look at it. I got down there and I started to cry because my dress was ruined. The owner told me that she was cleaning the dress and the dye started running. The dress was black and white so the black dye got all over the white part of the dress, it looked horrible. The dress was now unwearable. She told me to contact the store I bought it from so I left there with a ruined dress and nothing to wear on New Years Eve. I did end up contacting the store where I purchased the dress and thankfully they let me exchange my ruined dress for a new one! I am not sure who was at fault here? I do not know if the owner used something she was not supposed to when cleaning my dress or what? She did not offer me anything for ruining my dress. I left very disappointed. I will not be back.

Nancy is fantastic. I get all my dry cleaning done here. She also does minor repairs on my clothes too. Very reasonably priced and they do great work. I really enjoy supporting a local, family owned business.

You can go anywhere for dry cleaning, but why not support a local institution and one of the nicest women on the planet! I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 6 years and always took my cleaning somewhere else. About 3 months I decided to go in and I haven’t been disappointed!
I’m very pleased with the service and they didn’t an excellent job on the alterations for my wife’s dress.

Timely quality service is their specialty. I have been using this dry cleaners since 1987.
