Based on more recent experience, going to back my initial rating down significantly. My second (and really another half kind of,
where I called them but based on the call, was not a tough decision to not utilize these guys). The last time I was in there it was just disappointing. Maybe it is the seemingly different staff. Or maybe a bad day. Just not a good experience as took much longer and more costly than expected. Probably will not be back.

They are the best. took two samsung tablets in. First tablet no sound, second one cracked screen. Tablets fixed, working great. I tried to go through samsung and they never answered the phone. I highly recommend them if you want the best…

My iPhone 6s was completely busted, almost lost hope that it would even be repairable. I needed my phone fixed fast and that same day. Did a little research on a couple places and came across gadget ninja, read some reviews and decided to take a chance. Everything people reviewed about the customer service and the professionalism was absolutely true. I am truly happy with the service I received and at how fast my phone was fixed (couple hours) either way I needed it same day and that’s what I got. I highly recommend this place & I will definitely be bringing my business here if something happens to any of my tablets or phones. Veteran owned, professional service. Awesome is all I can say, these guys are extremely friendly and are pros at what they do, walked in and handed them my phone, they trouble shot my battery and charging port to my iPhone and determined it need replacement which I figured, after 30 mins my phone was repaired and I was on my way. Not to mention price was much lower than other places researched. Thanks again.

Took my Galaxy S6 Edge there to replace the battery. After I picked it up got a huge scratch on my screen from one side to the other. Tryed talking to them about it and all I got from them that apparently shit like that happens and there is nothing they can do about it. Very poor costumer service, my mistake should have gone somewhere else.

techs Jay and Byron (?)very patiently spent time answering every question I had on my Apple computer. Less expensive and better service than other places I tried. I’ll use them for all my computer problems .

These two have fixed 3 of my phones, even when AT&T could not. They are honest and realistic with how much time it will likely take (so far each had been done earlier than promised). If they can’t fix it the price is much less for the same amount of work, which is really considerate, and they give a good idea of what they think is wrong and the likelihood of it being fixable. They have fixed broken screens, sand, and water damage, as well a software issues. If they think youcan fix it on the spot they are kind enough to tell you how, free of charge. Great small business, great guys!

Took my wife’s iPhone6 in there to get the screen replaced and had an awesome experience. Was able to fix it in 45 minutes at a price that beat the competition by $ 25 !

They are great! I first got their card at a Veterans Career fair, where I was told they give UC Davis Discounts. I went there back in June or July because I thought there was something wrong with my battery. They really friendly guy (with an adorable kitten) was honest with me and said that he didn’t think it was my battery. I appreciated that because he was honest and didn’t want me purchasing something that I might not need.
My husband was going to run a diagnostic on it, because he is a tech guy and never did. Several months later I told a friend of mine who works at Apple that my phone was not working well. He did a diagnostic for me and told me that I infact needed a new battery. I went to another shop, closer to my house. The owner wanted to price gauge me and was incredibly rude.
So, I went back to gadget ninja and 45 minutes later I have a new battery with a 90 day warranty, for a great price, and had great customer service. (and they give veteran and UC Davis discounts).

$ 135 to replace my screen, I was expecting a screen that would not only be put on correctly but also not easily be damaged. I got neither. The screen doesn’t fit on the bottom and you can see the internal lights peeking out. I took it in to get it fixed and it still didn’t change. On to the next part, for $ 135 you’d think maybe you’d get some quality glass. Nope. Its cracked and falling off after 2 small drops. I’ve had this phone for a quite a while and the only time it ever cracked I took it in for it to be fixed, not even 2 months later it’s falling apart again. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was expecting to pay $ 65 as quoted over the phone to repair my Samsung Tablet headphone jack except… it cost me NOTHING! He was able to open it up and remove a lodged piece which was preventing me to use headphone or hear any sound. I will definitely be bacl for any electronics repair I need!

Screen replacement on Samsung Galaxy Note II. Great, professional, quick same day service. My work phone… unfortunately can’t be without it more than 2 hours… GN completed replacement from 5p-6:30p Friday afternoon. Like new. Great knowledgeable sevice, convenient location, they also recommended I add a Tempered Glass Screen Protector… they don’t sell them… i.e. not an up sell, just helpful advice. I will recommend GN to friends.

Galaxy Mega screen replacement
I was satisfied with the service and product. They had to order the part, but got it done 3 days before they said they would. Their price was similar to other repair shops.
I won’t use them again due to finding my photo gallery open. Unprofessional!
