I can’t say enough good things about my State Farm Insurance Agent, Greg Lauck! He’s always just a call or email away and, has always come to my rescue when I have needed him. Gabriella and Camille are also awesome! They are always looking for ways to save me time and money on my premiums. Gabriella just assisted me in updating my policy on my precious Classic 1968 Mustang, California Special. All accomplished with a simple email, nicely done! I just love their teamwork! Greg has been my agent for for 5 years. Whenever I need him he is always there but the truth is I never had a claim until last month. He stepped up and made sure I was taken care of and walked my claim quickly through the process. He is not a pushy sales person at all and I truly appreciate that. Although, I did gave him a hard time I should have had a lower deductible and he said I have recommended that for years. I told him to start being more «pushy» from now on as he was right.
He is a great agent and looks out for my family and I.

Serina is terrific! Very efficient and competent. Finds your file quickly and accurately. We’ve been with GREG since he started in Carmichael. Have never thought of looking for any other agent. He always addresses our ins. needs. Other might be cheaper, but if you have a problem you will wish you had Greg and the gang on your side.

I’ve been insured with Greg since 2007! These folks are quite simply the best there is. We have had a long history of issues including a stolen car that was never recovered, a couple of accidents (not our fault — we were rear ended at a light on both occasions), as well as a number of real estate transactions requiring rapid response from Greg’s office. Greg and Gabby are simply amazing at getting stuff done. Plus they use Email, and text messages as well as the good old phone!

It has been a pleasure working with Greg and his staff so far — they are very professional and friendly, and communication has been spot on.
My family has been using him over the past decade after he took over the business from our previous State Farm agent.
My car window was smashed in several months ago, and Greg and his team made dealing with the repair process as painless as possible.
It’s true that rates can sometimes be less expensive from other competitors; but when «stuff» hits the fan, the last thing you want is to be frustrated by your insurance company (they are supposed to be on YOUR side!)

This is long overdue. My family and I have all of our insurance needs managed by Greg and have since he started with State Farm. This includes car, personal articles, home, umbrella and life insurance. We’ve never been disappointed one time. Two years ago Greg caught a major billing discrepancy and unbeknownst to me retro paid us –and it was a big check. I am convinced anyone else would have swept this under the rug but not Greg. He and Gabi know how to bring value to their customers and consistently do the right thing. Look no further if you want the most honest and hardworking team in insurance.

I went through them for several years. Everyone was very friendly especially Alice! Unfortunately I had ended up switching because state farm itself treated me poorly when I was hit by another car who had state farm insurance as well. I felt like they were working against me even though the accident was not my fault. Like I said these people are great I’m just not 100% sure about the company anymore… just pray you don’t get hit by someone insured by them so you can actually have someone representing you instead of working against you!

Greg has been very helpful with switching over my policy from 21st Century to State Farm. He saved me over $ 1000 a year! I would be crazy to not switch. He made the transition easy and smooth. I was surprised when he said it was all taken care of because normally everything with insurance companies is so complicated. He was easy to work with and I definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
