Michael Yee – State Farm Insurance Agent

Michael Yee has been my insurance agent since 1999. As my insurance requirements have changed over the years Michael has personally worked with me to provide excellent insurance coverage at very competitive prices.
Michael and his staff have always provided professional, timely customer service. When I call the office I usually speak with Serina who is very knowledgeable and helpful. On several occasions Serina has provided me with immediate assistance to solve problems with very tight deadlines.
I highly recommend Michael Yee for all your insurance needs!

Michael Yee is truly the only person that really cares about the person in the incident in the accident and works as best he can to make sure you are safe and you are in the best situation possible and he should be your agent. You will not regret it. Michael Yee is the best agent ever

We have had Michael Yee for our agent since 2005. His staff has always been prompt and courteous with any issue we have had. I added a new vehicle to our policy today and it was a quick and easy process. Gabriella was great and provided everything I needed without having me have to ask for it. This was great. I also called the branch during off hours and spoke with someone who responds to these calls. I don’t have him name, but the gentleman was easy to talk to and made the experience enjoyable as he threw in a couple of jokes here and there. We love our Insurance company!

Michael Yee and his team have charged our group for two years for insurance they have not provided. We repeatedly sent in paperwork, which now the support staff of passive aggressive people (who did not do their job obviously) says was never sent to them. I have called and asked to speak to Mr. Yee and I get the same block from the staff. Do no use his service, I have a complaint in to State Farm Insurance as well. I have requested a refund for the two years of insurance coverage which is non existent. If they did not have the appropriate signatures on file, how did they renew coverage for a second year? This style of take the money and then deny coverage is not a new insurance game, that is why there is an insurance commissioner in California. If you require insurance with a reputable insurance broker call anyone, they have to provide better service than what we received. It does not even merit one star.
