Established in 1979.

Greg Padilla opened up his first bail bond agency in 1979. Since then Greg has partnered with his son Topo Padilla, in creating one of the most professional bail bond agencies in the state of California. Greg Padilla Bail Bonds has 12 employees that staff our office 24 hours a day /​7 days a week. We can provide service throughout California and in states where bail bonds are permitted.

Topo Padilla has been a licensed bail agent for 31 years. In the years of being a bail agent he has grown to respect the position he and his staff have in the criminal justice system in making sure that people appear in court. Topo has served as the preseident of the state bail agents association for California and he currently serves on the national bail agents association (PBUS), representing California and Hawaii.
