I rented a unit over the phone, the process was pretty quick and painless. When I arrived to move in the manager quickly helped me change my unit when I realized mine was too small. He also called U-Haul and arranged to have my U Haul rental dropped off there so I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of taking it somewhere else. Thanks for your help today, my move was so much easier!

Have been renting a unit now with this complex for about 6 months. I’m sent a reminder text of the bill due and pay accordingly since there are no phone calls or bills that are mailed. The texts stopped and I received a letter that said I was late and charged 15 dollars. So I call to pay the bill and was informed the text service stopped and it was 150. Not 115 I owed them. The man on the phone was horrible and not willing to budge with the fact they failed to communicate the reminder. I understand the one star rating now. This business is slimy. I’m taking my business else where. DONOTRENTHERE.

These guys called me like three times saying my bill was past due and I had just handed them a check for two months — Stupid. And then there is this creepy dude that works there that comes over to me when I am arranging my storage unit and just keeps standing there telling me about the storage business and how his boss keeps making him do stupid stuff. These guys are weirdos.
