Harm Reduction Services offers a variety of public health centered services. All of our services are free and confidential. Services include STD, HIV and Hep C testing, Medical Case Case Management for low-income HIV+ individuals, disease prevention education, Overdose Recognition and Response Training (NARCAN), community outreach and sterile syringe exchange and safe disposal services.
History
Established in 1993.
Harm Reduction Services (HRS) was founded in 1993 in response to the overwhelming rise in HIV infections in our community. Since then HRS has expanded our services to serve some of the most marginalized members of our community.
