Incredible Pets

This is a good chain of pet stores for getting your basic needs met. Average pricing, comparable with the other major stores.
The best part for me is the in-​house dog washing station. Great set up with everything you would need to groom your pet including complimentary use of a Furminator. Other dog wash places have been okay, but don’t have all the supplies like this place does.

Review for Self Serve Dog Wash:
Great place! very Satisfied b/​c its clean, close by, reasonably priced and not crowded (weekday afternoon). Never washing my dog at home again during winter in the cold!
The water nozzles are similar to those you see in the back of resturants to rinse dishes… if you put your hand over the water spray its a lot gentler on the dog… also, if you make your dog sit down (facing the facet) you can totally rinse their chest very easily.
They supply really expensive name brand (Earthbath) shampoo and conditioner, towels, etc.
My only concern is that towards the end of the 10 minute bath and rinse the hot/​warm water appeared to be running low (glad we were done).
Will definitely return for baths in the future and to buy our food too (b/​c they have price matching). Great locally owned business.

This is a pet wash review. I would ignore the review about the water nozzle pressure. It was perfect and adjustable. Who even goes to a pet wash to have low water pressure?! I thoroughly enjoyed washing my labradoodle there! My back didn’t hurt from having to bend over the tub, I used thier shampoo, brushes, towels and awesome hair dryer! The best part was the mess stays there and I had zero clean up to do!!! $ 10 was well worth every penny! Thank you for providing this service in our area. :)

Not very often does a store actually live up to its name but Incredible Pets does and continues to!
I started shopping here a few months ago when I heard a new pet store opened in the neighborhood because I like to support local businesses. The store is very clean and organized with everything easy to find, along with a friendly face offering assistance as soon as you walk in.
The staff here is very helpful and informative making your shopping experience so easy!
The first time we went in we were helped out by Jake, so happy that he introduced us to grain free dog food. I’ve always used store brand dog food out of habit and I thought it was cheaper. It may be a small price difference from the store brands but so worth it. They have samples of most foods so you can try it out first, and if you buy a bag and your pup doesn’t like it you can bring it back for a (store?)refund!
The selection here is great, for both cats and dogs. I find exactly what I need every single time. I even have some door covers for my car on order because they didn’t have them in stock. Whatever your pet may need, I’m sure Incredible Pets has it and they will be happy to help.

This store is in a convenient location and I have shopped there a few times in the last two months. It is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly each time I have gone in. My dog requires special food due to allergies and this food is regularly stocked. They have high quality foods and treats but their prices are good. I pay less here than I was paying at the store I used to shop. They also have crickets for your reptile needs, as well as a self serve dog wash station. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to help. I will certainly continue to shop there and recommend them!

This store is incredible (sorry for the pun). Just moved into the neighborhood from Oregon where we feed our cat a raw food diet of Rad Cat. They didn’t stock it when we first went in. Jake, the manager, made suggestions to try some other brands and see if they would work. He said he’d order Rad Cat in for us if the other stuff didn’t work. Our cat is more finicky than we knew, and didn’t like the new food. Brought it back, got full credit and now the freezer is stocked with Rad Cat and is the only place we shop. Great friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable and they stock a variety of products.
Highly recommend coming here. Everyone is so friendly, you’ll want to just stop in and chat and say hi.

I was so excited there was a pet store close enough to walk my dog to. Inside is very neat and the employees are always helpful and nice. Big bonus is that they sell doggy ice cream (that Persmart doesn’t) which my dogs LOVE! Especially during this hot summer! Self wash option is nice and there is never a wait. I will definitely be going here more often.

I love this store. It’s always clean and the employees are so friendly. I am so glad they opened one up here closer than the other Pet stores. If I have questions with anything, they have an answer and they have all the holistic stuff for my dogs. I try to go here before anywhere else.

Just recently, i heard this store opened for business in the neighborhood where i reside. Called the store to inquire if they carried the variety of NutriSource brand 30 lb dry dog foods that my two lab retrievers enjoy very much. A Stephanie answered & said they do. i then asked if they price-​matched which she said they do against pet supply retailers such as Petco except for Internet/​Amazon sellers, Target, Walmart & like stores. She gladly price-​matched Pet Extreme’s selling price per bag & also signed me up for the Frequent Buyer Program which Pet Extreme didn’t have. After the local Pet Haven closed its doors a couple of yrs ago, I’ve been a regular customer of two other competitors, a small business in Laguna & Pet Extreme on Sutterville Rd. Was happy with both however, was hoping a pet supply store would open up in the Pocket/​Greenhaven neighborhood & support the local business as i did for nine yrs at Pet Haven. Bingo… there’s one now! A special thank u to Stephanie & the other staff for the excellent customer service & also taking the extra time to make this a positive shopping experience. I’m a regular now!

This review is primarily about the self service dog wash but also about their price matching. My wife and I went into the store to use the self service dog wash for our standard poodle. I was worried about the nozzle due to the other negative review. We found the nozzle worked FINE and was a professional quality nozzle that you squeeze to start. We found no issues with enough room and hose length for our dog. We had for $ 10 a selection of shampoos with conditioner built in or separately supplied. There were three towels, aprons, and a cold air blow dryer. For the money and convenience this is a bargain and you can get a discount for each wash if you purchase 4, as I recall. We will definitely get the package deal for follow on washes. Our dog did not like the cold air blower, possibly because it was either cold or noisy to his ears.
We also found that they will price match other places. We like Natural Balance and Pet Club in Elk Grove has the best prices. We brought a receipt for the canned food our dog likes and they added it to our membership for future price matches. For the big bag of dog food, since we did not have a receipt, they called and got the price we had noted. It is nice to not have to travel that far to get the same price.
The store is very clean and well laid out. We will definitely shop there in the future.

This review is for the self wash only. The store is brand new to our neighborhood and seems to be well stocked with food etc. My complaint — which I’ve shared with their manager as well as a couple employees — is the nozzle sprayer for the self wash tubs are horrible.
They are very heavy, you can not adjust the water spray (which is also horrible) and the handle is so long I can’t easily wash the under carriage of my two small dogs.
Apparently this is a small family owned business. I would love to come here to bathe my three dogs on a regular basis but that’s not gonna happen since it’s impossible with the spray nozzles they have. Their manager said they have no plans to change them so I have no plans to return. You can’t buy things from a store unless you actually come to the store so…

I have made two trips to this store. The first time I came in just to look around and purchase food for my chinchilla. They didn’t have the particular brand that I was looking for, but offered to order that brand for me.
During my second trip, I came in search of supplies for my chihuahua. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The young lady working there, Jennie, offered me advice on crate training and recommended different dog foods to cater to my dog’s needs. I ultimately purchased a dog crate.
I plan to make this my regular pet supply. :D
