Fantastic folks in this office. Very professional, friendly & attentive. Dr. Garcia is the BEST! So caring and concerned. Does amazing work & follow-​up is outstanding.

No scheduling issues, and I believe you get what you pay for. Great service, got treated with TLC and dealing with African American or any skin with dark pigment is difficult but I was so pleased! Saved my life I was in extreme pain daily and after my first visit I no longer feel anything. I am so thankful!

Over the past several years, I have had several sclerotherapy treatments by Patty for my spider veins on my legs. Patty is very professional and pleasant and I have gotten very good results each time. I plan to continue to get treatments every couple of years to keep my legs looking good. This last visit, I was impressed with her assistant who gave me some good tips for putting on the compression hose. I don’t remember her name.

I have been seeing Lindsey for facial hair removal, I am very very happy with the results and her great attitude and knowledge concerning products. I have been to 2 other cosmetic surgeons in the Sacramento area, and Lindsey has been the best in all regards. She is a great listener, really has given me great advice on products and detailed information on how to use them. Would come to her first for any info on procedures, never feel like just a dollar sign.

The work was well done and the doctor and nurse that I saw were both great. I did have some difficulty with the scheduling staff, which was upsetting because I was trying to get a painful vein drained and had to wait 6 days while I was in pain due to my appointment being rescheduled twice. While I appreciate the professionalism and skill of the medical staff, I wish that the scheduling was better.

Stay out of this highly priced disorganized center. I had a good review by a nurse but was given a $ 500 bill for items I could not use or did not need. Go to Target and get the same stuff for one tenth of the price.

I’ve been satisfied with the work that’s been done, but it’s true about scheduling difficulties. They’ve cancelled and rebooked me a couple of times. Lindsey is great for hair removal. She’s very thorough and listens to you. I would highly recommend her work.

I’ve been a patient of Kaiser Cosmetic Services for many years. I’ve had several skin treatments, and purchase skin care products there. I have always been more than satisfied with the services, both from treating staff and those behind the reception desk. As for the results, long-​time friends are always complementing me on how great my skin looks. Thanks, Kaiser!

I made an appointment for a microdermabrasion treatment and when I got there, they told me if I can reschedule my appointment, so why didn’t they call me before? :S:S I drove like 40 mins to get there for nothing! what a services. It was an upsetting experience. So be aware about their customer services and save ur time!

I wish I had read the reviews before I called them because it sounds like much has not changed. I called during business hours and not lunch time and reached an answering service. Someone called back an hour later but I was sitting in the dentist’s chair so I could not take the call. I called back again and again reached an answering service and thought this is not a good sign. However they did call me back within the hour.
I inquired about the different type of services offered and they referred me to their website. I inquired about rates and was told they could not give me any rates. They explained there would be a $ 50 consultation fee which would be applied against any service I decided to have which sounded reasonable.
Their website claims they have «competitive rates» so I again asked the rep to at least give me a range for prices for a specific laser service. She said that it was their policy not to provide any pricing until a doctor had examined me to determine the appropriate treatment.
I expressed my surprise that Kaiser would feel the need to keep their rates «top secret» and I stated to the rep so «Kaisier wants me to pay $ 50 to find out just how competitive their rates are and if they are not competitive then what, I have to sue for false advertising?». She abruptly ended the call and hung up on me.
Later in the day, I was still irritated with the way I was treated so being a Kaiser member, I decided to file a complaint through their Member Services department. The Member Services rep called me to apologize and said that although the rates are not posted on their website, their policy is to provide general pricing or at least a range over the phone and could not explain why the first rep had been so difficult. The Member Services rep provided me with the pricing I had requested.
At the end of the day, I do not feel their pricing is competitive at all and their customer service is beyond aggravating. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MICKEY MOUSE OPERATION!

I have to agree with the other reviews; this place is awful! I came here 2 weeks ago to have a mole removed. When I called and made the appointment, the receptionist was very vague with the information she gave me. I asked about prices and what the consultation would involve, and she told me I had to speak to the doctor about It. OK… I got to my appointment 15 minutes early, and was called back after being there for 5 minutes. Once in the room, the nurse did her usual routine, and then said the doctor would be in shortly. I was in the room for over 30 minutes, and when I poked my head out of the room, the nurse came up and said that she was just getting ready to tell me that the Dr. was tied up with another patient, and it would be 5 more minutes. It took you over 30 minutes to finally notify me? Good grief, what if I had passed out?!
My Fella had come with me, after convincing him that it would be a quick appointment haha, and I had to keep texting him that I was still alive. Anyway, the doctor comes in and asks what I’m there for. Then he asked if I wanted to remove it on the spot, and it would cost $ 125. I was under the impression it was going to be a consultation, and definitely wasn’t prepared. At that rate, I could just remove it myself! I phoned the Fella, and he couldn’t believe all of this. He said we should come back, and I agreed. He called me again and said that he heard a doctor tell someone over the phone that the consultation was going to cost $ 50, and I might as well just go through with the $ 125 because there was no way we were paying $ 50 for this appointment. The doctor, who had left to give me privacy, was no where to be seen. I poked my head out and another doctor came over to assist. She went to find my doctor, and came back saying that he told her what needed to be done.
She began to remove the mole, and the other doctor came in. As she was doing so, she stated, «You have a really good doctor.» I asked why, and her reply was, «He’s giving you a great deal on this.» Umm… okay. The whole removal was the quickest part of the whole trip. I went to the lobby to meet the Fella and pay for this circus visit. The nurse took my card, made a photo copy of it, and wrote all the visit information on it. My boyfriend asked why she was making a copy, and she said, «I’m not authorized to swipe your card and the receptionist is on lunch, so she’ll take care of this when she gets back.» We told her that she should have notified us first, and asked what she was going to do with the photocopy after the receptionist returned. She said it would be shredded, and if we wanted to wait for the receptionist to return, we could take care of it then and get the paper back with the card information on it. I wanted to get out of there, so I let her continue what she was doing.

I can’t comment on the actual service… because we never got that far. However I can comment that the person who answers the phone did not know any of the pricing and had to put me on hold to look it up. Additionally they called one hour before my scheduled time to cancel my appointment (thanks…I took the morning off from work). Then, no one ever called to reschedule my appointment. Business must be booming for them; otherwise I could never see treating customers that way. I had thought about calling back to reschedule, but why reward dismal customer service? The world has enough of that already.
