So my Fiancé and I realized that her wiper blades weren’t working in the middle of the first hard rain of the year. We pulled in, couldn’t figure out why the blades wouldn’t come off (she has a foreign car I was not familiar with) or what model they were. It was almost closing time and the young guy in the camo hat quickly identified the issue that we had run into, replaced the blades in the rain himself and taught us the trick to do it right next time. We didn’t get his name, but he wears a camo hat and he is the very meaning of customer service. Amazing experience.

went there today and was helped by a young guy with glasses, couldn’t of been more helpful. Helped me find the wind shield wipers for my wife’s KIA sportage and even put them on. Just the amazing kind of customer service you don’t expect to get in this day and age.

I came to this store a few months ago with battery issues. I know a little about cars, but honestly not that much. The employees were really helpful and even changed the battery out of my car for me (a service they provide for free). However, why I give them 5 Stars is because one of the employees went out of his way, he had to remove the air filter and other parts. That was awesome, and I thank you!

Just had a great experience at my local O’Reilly Auto Parts store on 4300 Marconi Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95 821. Even though I entered the store looking really ragged coming from the gym, the salesman treated me with complete respect. He quickly found the part I needed and, this is one of the best parts, he installed the new light bulb in my car for me! I am very uncomfortable with anything under the hood. I am so appreciative that this company supports easy installs and this particular salesman made it such a great experience! I encourage you to shop there. Great service!

I came to this O’Rielly’s location to ask about battery testing as I just had a new starter installed in my Honda Accord and the mechanics at the shop I had service done said they recommended me getting a new battery. They wanted to charge me for a new battery. I told them I wanted to get the battery tested first before spending $ 100+ on a new battery if I didn’t need to purchase one.
I walked into O’Rielly’s and was immediately welcome and greeted by Adam who was very nice and polite. I asked if he could test my battery and within a matter of minutes he was able to test my battery and alternator (they both passed). I also had an accessory that was attached to my battery that Adam suggested removing because it wasn’t grounded properly. He took an extra 5 minutes of his time removing the part for me because I told him I didn’t have the tools needed.
It’s rare nowadays to receive great customer service like that and I was very thankful for his help. And although Adam didn’t charge me a penny (O’Rielly does free battery testing), I thought the best way I could pay him back is by writing a review about his awesome customer service.

Needed to replace a dual battery set up on an old truck. Went in and one of the gentleman there tested the batteries for me and informed me they were dead. He recommended a couple options and explained the difference in power output and price. He recommended the stronger one and explained why which felt honest and truthful.
Fast forward one week from purchase and I had battery issues again. Most likely an electrical issue but Briana (mngr) said if you can leave them I will test them individually and let you know what’s going on. She called promptly upon completion of the first test. It was bad. She said she would call me promptly again after testing the second one. She did that as well and told me to come back in and she will swap them out for two brand-​new ones.
She was and friendly helpful each time I spoke to her and was happy to help out, especially since it’s for a nonprofit and she hated for us to buy batteries again.
Great service from three different employees! Would recommend them for any parts needs.

Oh my gosh, I just had the best experience at an Auto Parts store.
Earlier this morning a piece of plastic trim that runs above my doors and ends along side the back of my passenger door window had inadvertently came loose and was flapping in the breeze like a bad comb over on a windy day. So, when I got off work I elected to stop off at this O’Rielly’s as it was on my way home. I had never been to this location or many other auto parts stores for that matter as I’m not an auto parts go-​to girl. Anyway, I was greeted by a guy named Marc and told him I was needing some good adhesive to fix the situation I had going on with my car. He came out to my car to look at what was going on and suggested a product that he felt worked really well.
Upon purchasing said product, Marc volunteered to come out to my car and fix it for me. I could not believe how thoughtful and professional he was, and would like his boss to know what a great employee they have working for them.
Thanks Marc for making this experience great.

Torry is the man! He helped me not only find my replacement headlight and blinker lights and installed them for me without me even asking

Never know that this store on Unilocal!since I own them a long review!!! for SCAMING me back in 2011! Larry! zero customer service!!! he charge me for the part and the core and when I get the part back he asked me to reslide the card to refund the core credit instead charge me for the 2^nd time!

I’m usually in n out, from these sort of places so Conversation is usually brief. One time really sticks to me though, When I was looking for a B.C.D.D for my 81 datsun, They told me they believed that my car did not require this device because «boost controls» go on turbo models. I assured them that they were wrong and that this car has it without any modifications done to it. They went on to say that «Well, The previous owner was probably trying to convert this turbo engine from turbo to non performance.» Yeah… ok buddy, cause thats what we kids do nowadays… In the end I never got my part anyways.

I don’t frequent auto parts stores very often, but went in last night with the hubs to pick up some paint for one of his jeeps. We got what we needed and went to the counter where a young man named Joshua was helping someone, with another person in front of us. He cheerfully acknowledged us saying he would be right with us. He helped the people in front of us quickly, but while at the same time cracking little one liner jokes. Nice to have a couple of chuckles when you have to wait in line. He was just as personable, yet efficient with the person in front of us. When you are waiting in line, friendly is good but not a the expense of still getting in and out! So he had it down.
When it was our turn, he was just as good natured and even asked about my puppy, who I had with me. We were in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes, including shopping time and despite being third in line. We were both very impressed by how nice Joshua was, and how much he just seemed to enjoy his job. You don’t always get that with people who work in retail.
Way to go, Joshua! Thanks for the great service. You made our shopping experience a good one, and we will come back to your store as a result!
