Great pizza especially for the price. We ordered a Xl combination and it was really good. Delivery took about 30 minutes and when it came the pizza was still warm enough to where the toppings Weren’t falling off the slice as soon as you pick it up. That’s a big plus.

I texted in to the owner to pre-​order 5 large pizzas for pick up the next day at 10:30am. As I arrived close to 10:30 the next day, the 5 pizzas was ready Togo. The owner didn’t charge us for it bc it was for the holidays! I definitely insistted and wanted to pay, but he was overpowering my request!

Pizza is fresh and fast. Toppings are all generous and service was excellent. Pizzas are very well priced for what you get. This is always my go to spot for pizza. Even their wings are cooked perfectly. They can adjust to any liking if you ask.

I have no idea how many orders have been delivered to my house and office. I’ve had nothing but excellent and prompt service. The one time they put hot peppers on my Mexican Taco pizza they immediately brought me a new pizza to replace the one I couldn’t eat.
One afternoon their driver was hit broadside after leaving my house. I called to inform them that he was injured in a car accident and they called back to make sure I had received my order before the accident.
The only reason I deducted a star is because they no longer accept debit/​credit for online orders.

Just hopped on Unilocal to find a pizza place close to home for delivery. Pizza Guys is offering free ice cream with any order over $ 15. I checked in and left a nice comment to obtain the offer and called in to order. They refused me the offer, even though it does not specify for pick up only. They said they need to see it on my phone so I said I would show the delivery guy and they said no. I spoke with the manager and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. I think this is a silly thing to not honor for a customer so they lost my order and gained this negative review. A business that doesn’t know the value in good customer retention practices isn’t a good business. Business are built on their customers. Too bad.

So not going back. Order was wrong, not appetizing, raw onions. That’s apparently «just how they do it» there. Asked for thin crust, got thick crust. They wouldn’t replace it or do anything at all. Pretty annoyed.

I ordered online to give a friend’s 8 year old daughter a surprise birthday dinner. I ordered at 3:30PM and the online confirmation said delivery would be at 4:17. It was 4:45 and I still hadn’t received a text from my friend so I assumed the pizza hadn’t been delivered. I called the store and when they looked up the order, the girl put me on hold and came back to say that they require ID upon delivery. I started to explain that I could email or text her a copy of my ID when she interrupted me and said they are letting it slide this time but they won’t be able to do it again. I said fine, I won’t be ordering from your store again.
Not only was the pizza over 30 minutes late, but I ordered cookie dough ice cream to go with it. The delivery driver forgot the ice cream and called my friend to ask what kind she had ordered. I added the ice cream without telling her so she had no idea what he was talking about and couldn’t understand his English anyway. Instead of calling his store to confirm the order, (or maybe checking the order receipt he probably didn’t have) he stopped and picked up the wrong ice cream.
For the record, it wasn’t until after I placed the order that a note popped up on the receipt saying my ID would need to be present for the delivery driver. Obviously, being 3,000 miles away, that was not going to happen and I would have called first to see if it was a problem.

Best pizza in the world! The Tuscan garlic is delicious! Hawaiian is yummy also. They have buy 1 get 1 free coupons all the time. The manager Eric is very professional and kind. I love pizza guys.

My family and I always order our pizzas from here. They were always good to us… Today is an epic FAIL! This person who was not rude, but did not know how to take my order. She wants to billed me on two separate orders because I have a coupon for a free large pizza. That’s weird!!! You didn’t have to do that last time. Anyways the bill came out more. I asked her why is it more? We just order the same like we always have with the free coupon. XL combo and Large pepperoni… Her reply! Well you’re getting a free pizza!!! XL combo is $ 22. The Large pepperoni is $ 18… I told her cancel it. I will call back. Before I hung up. Someone yell out don’t call here and waste our time… Well you know what! I won’t!!! My family and I will never order from you guys again!!!

I used to love pizza guys but lately when i order it the crust is too hard (I love crust) and the pizza wasn’t very satisfyin. I was disappointed.

i dont understand why they have someone who cant speak english take orders! i said one small pizza and a side of ranch. i looked at my bank account and i got charged $ 52! i called back and asked why they charge so much for for one small pizza and apparently that man who took 15 minutes to take my order took it all wrong because i didnt ask for 4 large pizzas. i was so fucking mad that i cancelled my order. one small advice, dont mess up a hungry pregnant women’s order, lol.

I’m at work craving for pizza and its the closest to me. I called in an order for a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. They said 15 min and so it was 15 minutes, very good on that part. It was slow, with three workers. The total came out to 10.85. I brought it to work and it looked piping hot and scrumptious, but I was so dissapointed when I seen the sausages! There was barely and sausages. I felt like I was taken for my money being charged on an extra topping. There was maybe three sausages on each slice of pizza. Wish i got what i paid for. My favorite part was the cheese because it was hot. I wpuld only come back if there was a deal or if I’m absolutely having a bad craving for pizza. Mountain mikes and and round table are still my all time favorite.

They leave flyers at my apartment complex with coupons and specials. Regular pricing is reasonable. Their online deals and carryout specials are pretty good deals!
I’ve placed online orders a few times, which seems to be more convenient because it’s easier to build your own pizza & double check and make sure you get everything right, plus you can leave delivery instructions in detail (avoids confusion when phoning in orders). Estimated time of delivery is 45 minutes, but so far I have gotten my order within 30 – 35 minutes and the delivery guy has always been nice and courteous.
So far, the pizza has been pretty good for a pizza chain. The side dishes such as the wings & bread sticks are Alright at best. I usually order pizza about 3 times a month (especially during football season). So far, these guys have become my #1 go-​to guys!

Worst Service Ever!
I waited ober an hour for cold pizza with a hair in it. Awesome with 4 hungry kids. The manager was so rude! It really made me mad. I’ll never order there again

WORST SERVICE IN THE PIZZA BIZ!!!
After we ordered a pizza with only half chicken, we received one with chicken on the whole thing. We called to request a small, without chicken, be delivered to make up for it but instead got an earful from an employee (later to hear he’s the manager!)
The male was stern on the phone claiming there, for a fact, was NO CHICKEN! First of all, since when is it ever okay to tell the customer they are wrong. We were clearly staring at a pizza with chicken and are not the type to rip a pizza place off for extra pizza we have no benefit from. The food would have been more than enough.
So after hearing him defend himself and his claims of chickenless pizza, he agreed to send another but demanded we send back the other one. Are you kidding?! So when they show up, they indeed asked for the other back and the driver explained that basically the manager wants to «prove he’s right!» Ok! Take your pizza, but we definitely won’t be enjoying this one, who knows what they did to it! Lets just say this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this kind of service from this store. (Only gave it a star because I needed to leave the review.)
