1) The cheapest price you will find. Trust me, I called around. Other placed charge ~$ 10 for pressing. This place charged me $ 3.50 a piece.
2) Excellent customer service.
3) My only issue is that they have a big sign on the store window that says, «All garments except gowns $ 3.25 for cleaning & pressing.» I only got pressing on two items and was charged $ 3.50 for each. That’s still an incredible price, but I didn’t like feeling being misrepresented to. It’s probably an old sign that needs to be removed.
4) As for the pressing job, there were a few wrinkles on the items, but I don’t expect perfection for the price they are charging.
5) Will be going back as needed.

My husband and I use this dry cleaners. VERY affordable and so far our experience has been positive with no issues! We plan to continue coming here!

This Save on Cleaners was consistent for the last two years, but they recently gave away my new suit jacket to another customer and failed to return my phone calls for the past 2 weeks. I called three times and they allegedly identified the customer who was given the jacket but haven’t returned phone calls for over a week. Bad service, bad management to say the least.

These guys are great: clean, pleasant, fast, $ 3.50 per item (cash discount price) and fortunately for me close by.

I have this place 5 star because they are very cheap!!!

So it’s very cheap. Yes, that’s great. Maybe, if I had just bought a blouse here that needed wrinkles to be taken out and pressed I would be happier.
However, I brought in my graduation dress which I had worn for my graduation photoshoot prior. It had become stained due to a spray tan I had at the time. I pointed out the stains to the workers, who guaranteed it would come out.
They do their work fast and the next day I picked up my dress. However the dress still had all the original stains, with no improvements. I won’t be taking stained items to them again.

Came here because some coworkers recommended the place; it was a pleasant experience as far as customer service. Staff are very helpful and moderately knowledgeable of dry cleaning services. I took in a New York and Company blazer and a cream white peacoat. The peacoat looks cleaner than it did when I took it in. There’s some lint they couldn’t get off but I can do that myself. The white blazer I’ll have to take back for touch up but overall good first experience!

Great for the price. Close to home. Open on Saturday. Employees are exceptionally friendly. I recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I wish Unilocal would allow me to give minus stars because even one star is too generous. I starting go here last year and everything seemed fine, the pricing was great, the turn around time fast, and it was close by. But I would always hear customers complaining about something and I couldn’t figure out why this would happen so often. Well, I found out this year. They do not actually clean your clothes! I would always bring my husband’s work shirts which are colored, so I never noticed that they weren’t really cleaning them well until I brought in his white shirts. I would find myself asking them to re-​do it and the workers would make a face and become unfriendly fast. Especially one worker there who just seems to hate people in general. The last straw came when they ruined MY WORK SHIRT! It was a white blouse and of course, none of the stains came out, so I asked for them to redo it which the lady kindly said it was no problem. Well, when I went to pick it up, I saw that they punctured a hole on the back of the blouse and whatever chemical they used ate through the material of the blouse. I just starred at it and couldn’t believe this had happen. I asked to speak with the manager to let him know and he gave me 101 excuses why this was my fault! Really? I don’t work there and the blouse didn’t show up like that. He told me, it must me the way I wear my purse. Or how the environment made the shirt thinner. What? Now I know why people would complain… I just wish I would have hear their complaints sooner, but hopefully this review will help you future customers. Now I am happy with a new Dry Cleaners who actually CLEAN and provide the same great deal, but without the stress and frustration that this place brought.

Repeatedly getting shirts back with holes in the left elbow.
My boyfriend uses this cleaners to launder and press his dress shirts and dry clean his slacks. We have never had a problem with the dry cleaning of the pants, however one day three of his dress shirts came back with holes in the left elbow.
We brought this to the attention of the management and we’re given some credit towards cleaning services and told that they did not know why this happened and they would look into it. The next round of laundered shirts came back and two shirts had elbow holes.
We will no longer be taking shirts to be laundered.
All of the shirts were fairly new and purchased for the start of a new job four months ago. They had to be replaced. They are all Bar III from Macy’s and although often on sale they retail for $ 57.50.

Pricing, pricing, pricing! The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because they are not very good for items that are not clothes. We took in a comforter and it was abused. For dry cleaning clothes though, have not had any issues and you simply cannot beat their pricing (pre-​pay with cash).

So far so good! Been here twice and both times have been nothing but great service, fast service, clean pressed garments, and for that price? I almost feel guilty walking out with my clean clothes… ALMOST!

Really irritated how I got my white bebe shirt dry cleaned and it had a little tag on it saying «we couldn’t fix the spots» there was no giant yellow spots on it to begin with, the shirt was returned stained and completely not wearable, no wonder why it’s only $ 2 to get a garment dry cleaned

I brought in 8 items to be cleaned and they look the same as how I brought them in. My jackets still had the sleeve wrinkles and my Valentine’s Day dress still had deodorant on it.
Maybe this is why they’re so cheap and same day.
I will not be back. You get what you pay for!

What the heck… I got so excited to find a cheap dry cleaner so I could stop being lazy about it, or spending a boat load elsewhere. I got a recommendation for this place from a customer of mine. I have only been here twice, took in 8 items and of those 8, 3 of them have come back ruined. One of them, an Anthropologie button up silk blouse, came back totally missing all of the buttons! Wtf! It makes me mad because you know someone knew they messed up, then didn’t bother to fix it.
I’ll be calling the manager ASAP, and won’t be returning.

Fast and affordable. If you prepay with cash, it is $ 2.95 per item. I take my suits here every once in awhile to «freshen» them up. They charge about ½ as much as other places for suits. I have to disclose that I usually don’t have any stains that would be difficult to get out so I don’t know how well they get stains out. Mine are usually like coffee or something similar to that.

I used to love this dry cleaner — quick, affordable and convenient to where I live. But after today neither my wife nor I will ever go back. I picked up six shirts this morning and the Manager Javier Diaz brought me four cleaned shirts and two that were totally destroyed. They had clearly spilled bleach or something on them which not only stained the shirts but also burned holes in one of the shirts. I was bummed but understand shit happens. But when Javier said I brought them in damaged I totally lost it. He refused to accept responsibility and refused to pay for the shirts. Bottom line, pay the extra dollar or two for a reputable dry cleaner — it will be cheaper in the long run. I’ll be seeing Javier in small claims court.
IN RESPONSE TO MANAGER JAVIER DIAZ COMMENT BELOW: He says, «It is possible for damage to occur in any dry cleaning process. However, when damage does occur in my shop, I will always accept full responsibility and provide reimbursement.»
That’s a great customer service motto — too bad it’s meaningless as Javier simply claims the damage couldn’t have happened in his shop. Also worth noting all the reviews where garments came back with holes in them. I’m sure he had nothing to do with all those instances of damage either!

Im really sad to write this review. I trusted the prior reviews of this place and drove from Rancho Cordova in hopes they would save my Coach purse. I took it in on the ½/​14 and was told it would be ready 1÷10÷14. I drove back on that day and the following Friday just to be informed it was not ready. Finally, I called them and picked it up today. I paid $ 30 just to discover it still has the stain. I posted a picture. I think for the cost they had really poor service. Honestly, I will not go back and I do not recommend them. Do not take purses here or stained items.

You ever have that moment when you realize you have a meeting Monday and your suit isn’t ready? Yeah that happened to me at 8 am Saturday. I saw them online, called ran down and dropped it off.
I came back later that day and it was ready and at a great price. They now have a loyal customer.
