Coordinated a time to meet at grandmas house in sac and they were late! Yes they fixed the ac but the contractor sent was rude! He came in a grey f150 and we didn’t enjoy his company at all. Can’t complain about service but his people skills are horrible. I would have paid a little more for a better attitude.

After an extremely miserable night with the AC unit clearly having failed at our home I called Serrano Heating & Air bright and early in the morning. I selected them based on the reviews on the website. The gentleman who answered the phone told me he was scheduled out until the next day. I asked for other recommendations in my area and he did not feel comfortable giving any. We talked about the symptoms of the problem and he thought it was a quick fix and took my information and thought he could have someone out sometime the same day.

Top rate company. Simply outstanding! Serrano Hetaing & Air was recommended to me by my nieghbor. Iwas going to use another comopany that I had worked with in the past, but thought i’d give these guys a try. they did a great job on my heating and air installation. As a retired general contractor, I have worked with a lot of other contractors in the residential construction business and I must say, i wish I knew Airmakers when I was still building, because I would have sub’d all my HVAC work to them. A very pleasnt experience.
