Great Starbucks location next to Bel Air! This is my favorite bucks location in Natomas because I think its the nicest one! Its clean and the staff is quick and friendly. I like how its next to Bel Air and Bel Air gas station. It also has a frozen yogurt pad, a Thai Restaurant, Jim-​boys, and Edible Arrangements!
Also, this Starbucks is very spacious with plenty of seating and the parking lot is pretty big.
Lastly, every time I order a drink, it tastes really good and never had to send one back to be remade.

This starbucks is terrible. The staff is rude and they are so slow. I’ve started doing the mobile order and it’s not ready when I get there TEN minutes later. If it is ready, the staff takes forever to just hand you the drink. I’ve been told 2 times now on 2 different visits «I’ll be right with you» when you say you have a mobile order to pick up and then they continue making other drinks. Like it was literally right behind them. I ended up asking someone else after 5 minutes and she rudely handed me the drink with no straw. Thanks ladies. Unfortunately this is the only starbucks close to my work. What a bummer.

Things have gone down hill the past year. I came here today since it’s closest to home. I did a mobile order for a grande Pike (second mobile order at this location).
When I walked in, as always, the line was very long. My drink was not ready. Really? All they had to do was pour my coffee. It never came so when the last person in that previously long line ordered, I got in line. Well the cup was sitting there they just hadn’t poured the coffee in it. I was irritated and they could tell. Then there was no raw sugar at the store so I went home.
Now I’ve had two bad experiences with mobile ordering at this location. I don’t like this location anymore. Two thumbs down. My fault for not driving the extra distance to the location at Gateway and W El Camino. They rock!!!

I don’t like this Starbucks location; they either don’t make the coffee right or overcharge on coffee. We got charged over $ 8 on two double shots of espresso; almost double price compare to all other locations I’ve been to. The service is very unfriendly; they don’t care about providing good service, but moving the line as quick as possible. Too bad there are not lot of Starbucks location around this area:(

It’s Something about Natomas Starbucks that just makes all the things of the world go away when you enter this building.. It’s Ashley & Bria. Everyone is on point and what seems like a long line when you come in the door, doesn’t matter as you sit back and watch all the Employees Mix it up… in and out in 8min, being the 7th person in line. Standing room Only.. I Recommend This Starbucks.

Ashley, a barista who has worked here for a long time – is the greatest!!!
She knows me by name and is always friendly! Last time I did a mobile order, they had run out of The Omega 3 boxes and she ended up giving me a $ 4 off coupon for my next order and apologized for it.
My kid loves her, too! Always down for a conversation with the talkative 3 year old.
This location is great with getting to know customers and always try to accomodate.

Before u judge, read why I gave One star.
There is a skinny white girl who has a bad attitude every time I go in there. She is ruining it for the rest of the ppl that work there cuz they usually do a good job.
Day before yesterday she mistakenly put whip cream on my drink. Instead of making me a new one, she scooped off whip cream and part of my frapp! Then she tried to hand me my drink with frapp spilled all over the side. I asked if she could wipe it and she threw an attitude fit while she wiped only part of it. I had to ask her AGAIN. Smh. Horrible customer service!!!

Love this location for couple things
1st close to the highway and 2nd open pretty early 5 am great to have your coffee at the first morning never had any problems with their service in the last two years.

This Starbucks is one of my favorites!!! They have great customer service and alwaysssssss go above and beyond to create my crazy drink creations. I always stop by here on my way to school. They are right off the highway and super convenient!!! I know some Starbucks are horrible to go to but hands down this one is super accommodating. Best customer service in our area. :)

Literally the best Starbucks ever! Great vibes, and even greater baristas! Everyone is filled with so much joy, it turned my awful Monday into a great one!
Parking is meh, kind of a hassle but hey, if I have to walk miles for this location I will! (JK more like a block from where I parked)
But seriously, this is the BEST SBUX I’ve ever been too. I’m not gonna lie, as a current barista at another location, I’m jelly of how fun everyone is here. And I’ll most likely come here after work and on my days off rather than my own store. LOL

By far, the best baristas in the area. Always friendly and in good spirits no matter how long the line is (and believe me, it gets LONG). Don’t worry though, it moves quickly. They always seem to be properly staffed for the rush hours, and they know how to move the line seemingly much more efficiently than other Starbucks locations. Someone quickly handling food, 1 – 2 people ringing, and a barista for cold drinks and one for hot. It may seem standard protocol but they have it down like a machine.
The drinks here are always on point. They refer to regulars by name. The only downfall is, it’s rather small with limited seating so it’s not a destination to hang out or study. Just come in, order your perfectly made drink, chit chat with a barista and be on your way!

This is my go to study spot in natomas. The baristas are friendly, there’s always parking and it’s not freezing cold here like other Starbucks are. It’s always busy here but I always find a seat. Also I’m more productive when it’s busy.
I like their iced unsweetened green tea and americanos. Recently I tried the caramel flan latte and it is good but a little too sweet for me.

By far my favorite Sbux!
I been coming to this location for years and as staff have come and gone, they always seem to get the most genuinely friendliest… Not just your «have a nice day» but it’s almost a «Cheers» feeling where no one is a stranger.
Parking can be a bit of a challenge but well worth the the stop-​in.
