absolutely LOVE Capri’s Preschool. Her teachers as well as directors are very interactive with all of the students and parents. I love that they do Parent Teacher Conferences to let us know the growth of our children, what can be worked on and what they excel in. They work with your children hands on, and work well with the parents as well. They also keep a very clean and well organized facility. I have never been disatified with the care that they provide. Capri absolutely LOVES her teaches. Its worth it! You will always have the assurance that your child is in GREAT hands!
Phoenix Preschool ALWAYS holds the highest level of professionalism and care for your children and they will never put them in harms way. Also, If your child falls or something happens and they get hurt you receive a call immediately, if you do not answer they leave a voicemail, not only that but they give you a from that you have to sign acknowledging what happened and what they did to handle the situation. As far as the director, she does not spend all of her time with her own child, she is constantly conducting business, taking care of children, and monitoring everything. My daughter has been attending for 4 months and i wouldn’t choose anywhere else for her to attend.
Yes the school is located across the street from the jail, but I have never experienced any homeless people yelling at me or my daughter. Also, there is no possible way for anyone other then parents to get into the school, they have excellent security for the building.
Capri is always excited to attend school to see her friends, and teachers. I am happy and PROUD to have my daughter attending this school.

I’ve enrolled my child a little over a year now and I can honestly say that this was one of the best decision that I’ve made. The staff is super attentive not only to the kids but also to the parents. They are friendly and will answer any questions I have at the end of the day. The rooms are clean and well kept, and my baby is always happy when I pick her up at the end of the day. I definitely recommend their services to all anyone who is looking for a daycare.

I Absolutely LOVE LOVE everything about this school! Such a friendly environment! The Teachers are incredible and I love the overall facility! It truly is a great place where children can grow and develop friendships. I especially love the fact that this school incorporates sign language and Spanish into their curriculum!

I like this daycare a lot, considering I have toured quite a few, and decided to place my child here. The providers really love my kid and from what I get to see, (and it’s a lot considering I stay in the morning to cuddle for a while before heading to work, and visit during my lunchtimes), they are really good with the first two levels of daycare. I am unsure how the older tot classes are like.
I can’t imagine putting my child anywhere else, since the other places I’ve seen had a feeling of distance between the providers and children. My child likes her affectionate teachers. She has already grown leaps and bounds and I feel the socialization she gets here will help her as she grows older.
The school building has a senior residency on their upper floors. The seniors are really nice and call out greetings to me all the time. And the building has security.
I know a lot about security and possible criminal behavior and one of the safest places to be is in a building across the street from the county jail because people coming out don’t want to go back in so quickly.

I give this facility a 5 star for the fact that the teacher and directors are Amazing. If there was a 10 rating I would easily rank them in this category .They are very friendly and educated group of women and not to mention my child love the Chef Mr Andre who provide enriched meal and is very hands on with parent connection. If any one knows about Phoenix this facility /​company has a precise curriculum that mirrors kindergarten readiness. Both of my children graduated from this program ranking high scores going in tho kindergarten. I feel at peace with dropping my child off, the teacher have great customer service when I drop off and pick up my child in the evening. The staff are always making me feel involved in the monthly events. The Directors has been the longest director this facility has had in almost 7 years. She is a new breastfeeding mother and does a excellent job with balancing a center this large in size and her child needs at the same time «My Hat truly goes off to Her». I can tell the children love her as she brings” Good Fun Positive Vibe” when she walks in the room it lights up as I have heard then screaming her name when saying goodmorning. If I have had a concern she always addresses it with good follow up. I have great respect for this group of individual as they” Work Their Butts off” and I know they do not do it for the pay they do it for the passion of love for the children. I agree that the community downtown is very colorful due to the culture. Me and my husband were a wear of this when we enrolled our child but with the upgrades of the Arena the area is changing at a positive rapid rate. I love the weekly news letter the Directors send out with cute photo collages of my child and their day at school. It lights up my day and I am thankful for the amount of communication and honesty if my child were to get hurt. Even if they didn’t see it right away they at least send a «Owie Report «that they notice something. At the end of the day this is the best decision me and my Husband has made and any one rating this location less than a 5 rating I believe they may just be the issue.

Good, clean facility, with a great playground upstairs; excellent staff, and while there has been some turnover in administration, there has been very little among the teachers. Several of them (Jandy, Sofia, Esperanza) have been there for several years and are really, truly fantastic teachers — caring, loving, respectful, communicative, friendly. The kids love them.
The fees are not low — this is definitely toward the upper tier of what you’d expect to pay for daycare — but this is a preschool with a full curriculum, excellent staff, good quality food, and good facilities; that is, you get what you pay for. I’m very happy with my child’s experience here, and only wish I had learned about it before having a disappointing experience previously with the Discovery Tree near my office.
