My husband and I are working with Todd to buy our first home. He has been kind and patient which is more than we can ask for. He is also helping us with our loan as well which he does do. My husband and I are not totally trusting individuals as we have been very screwed over in the past. We were embarrassed that we have filed bankruptcy in our past and we were not sure that anyone would take us seriously but we have gotten very lucky with Todd. I will recommend him to everyone.
