Dave brings a highly diverse range of knowledge into the real estate arena, having been on both the management as well as the sales side of the business. A Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and numerous other professional training programs, Dave takes every opportunity to increase his knowledge of the newest technology and latest information in the world of real estate. He has earned a high level of respect within his community, being chosen Realtor of the Year in his local association and elected president of several service and trade organizations. A tenacious, experienced negotiator and thorough researcher, Dave’s patience and perseverance have attracted the well-​deserved loyalty and highest accolades from his clients, many of whom have become cherished friends and repeat customers.

Graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Real Estate Dave Eaton devoted 4 years as an Air Force officer before beginning a career as a homebuilder with Rutenberg Homes in Southwest FL. He went on to build upscale homes under his own company for over 20 years.

Dave’s second career began in 1995 as a Realtor. After learning all about resort real estate, he became the Broker of Record of a leading Sanibel company for many years. Following a rollup of resort real estate firms, he became Director of Real Estate for a NYSE company that grew to over 50 locations in 12 states from Nantucket to Maui.

After a brief retirement and move to CA, family ties brought Dave back to FL where he re-​started his career with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties in World Golf Village with his wife Sandy and daughter Erica Higgins joining him as Trillium Team members. Dave and his team specialize in both younger families and second home/​retiree buyers in the northern areas of St. Johns County.
