They give you large portions. I had surfer chick needed salsa or something very plain tasting The service is very slow so be patient.

My husband and I went here this afternoon and we were SO impressed! I ordered the veggie sandwich on wheat pita bread. It had hummus, lettuce, tomato, carrots, and added avocado. Everything tasted so fresh and it was made with high quality ingredients. I think I said«this is sooo good» between every bite! It also came with this very unique dipping sauce that I couldn’t get enough of. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a hearty, healthy lunch option!

Awesome sandwiches and love the toys for the kids to play with. Pita tosh was excellent-turkey and veggies with hummus. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were delish.

Food is consistently fresh and good, but who cares about GLUTENFREECHIPS if you can’t get your burrito or quesadilla or sandwich on a GLUTENFREE wrap or other gluten free product??? I love to eat there but my husband can’t and neither can several of my friends because they are gluten free. With all the effort Stir it Up puts into being so health conscious with their food choices I just don’t get it — I think they are seriously missing the boat and a lot of potential customers by not offering gluten free wrap/sandwich/quesadilla options.

Delicious food made from fresh ingredients. Make sure you order ahead of time because it takes a while to prepare the food. BRINGCASH.

Sit outside in the sun and sip wonderful fruity smoothies(Try The Boss– you won’t be disappointed!) and yummy pita sandwiches. No hesitations in recommending this little gem.

Terribly disappointed. I have been ordering their food for years same thing, been away for awhile and it fell apart. Service said she didn’t have time to discuss my dissatisfaction.

Used to love this place, but don’t like any of the changes«new management» has brought. This place always had the perfectly quirky, A-Street natural beach vibe to it. The menu is relatively the same, but the ambiance is gone. Loved the menu written out on long wooden boards, now they literally have a cheap looking laminated card that says«take one». The phrase don’t screw up a good thing applies here. Keep things as they were and you’ll be far more successful.

Fie on anyone disses on Stir It Up! Best place to have a little nosh before hitting the beach. Staff is always lovely and I’ve literally never had a bad sandwich there. Pita Tosh is the perfect fuel for a swim. I live in New Orleans now, but I make sure I stop in every time I’m home. Really terrific addition to St. Aug Beach.

The sandwiches are amazing! Pita tosh is one of the best things I’ve had since in Florida. Also, it has the perfect beachy feel without having to spend 20 dollars on good food.

To be fair, I like Stir It Up. I always eat there when I make a weekend beach trip, but on my last trip I found out they switched all of their orders to to-go orders, which means that they’re producing tons of unnecessary waste. For example, my sandwich was wrapped in paper wrapped in aluminum foil, chips were in a separate baggie, sauce was in a separate plastic cup w lid and was stuffed in a bag all for me to turn around from the pick up window and unpack at my seat. I expect more from Stir It Up, especially since they are right near the ocean and I don’t want to see that excess packaging wind up on the beach. Additionally, the freezer was down so there weren’t any smoothies… no bueno for a day at the beach. Also, they closed an hour early(supposedly bc of the rain slowing things down but there were still customers).

The food and smoothies were amazing! My husband loved the chicken salad and I loved my burrito. Sitting on the porch outside was very relaxing. They had a high chair for our son which made it easier to enjoy the delicious food. Great surfer vibe! Highly recommend this place! We will definitely come back.

Everyone else was right — my burrito was delicious, my daughter’s quesadillas were excellent, the salsa was fresh and yummy, and the home-made hot sauce was spicy and flavorful. Definitely worth a visit! The two guys running the place we’re also super friendly.

Smoothies, Sandwiches and Sunshine, this little beach haven has it all. Stir it Up was one of the first places I was taken on my introductory visit to St. Auggie Beach years ago, and I’ve never gotten over it! Their pitas and sandwiches are positively STACKED with freshness and, with names like the Pita Tosh, the Wailer, and the Cheesy Chick, it’s never hard to remember what you loved on your last visit.(And I’m sure you loved whatever it was!) Highlight moment: Last time I visited, the crew was a little beat from a beach day so we stopped for a smoothie. For no reason at all, our lovely cashier placed a fresh, warm chocolate chip cookie at the top of each of our cool, fruity smoothies. Just heavenly!

My best friend of 18 years lives in St. Auggie and whenever I go visit I HAVE to go to Stir it Up. The smoothies are my favorite anywhere. Hopefully technology will one day make it to where they can send me a Jaden Sky Chai to Orlando whenever I crave one. The Boss is also delicious and great after a night out. They put a packet of cherry Emergen-C in it. Gotta boost the immune system! Who knows what creepy people were in that biker bar last night. The chicken salad is the tastiest I’ve ever shoved in my mouth. The Pita Tosh is sandwich heaven. Go to the beach close by to this place and work up an appetite. Then walk up and order some delicious, healthy food. Enjoy it on their porch or take it back to your beach spot. This is what Florida is all about.

Loved my «sandwich» here. The selections are innovative in a good way. The portions are just right. I don’t know if what I had should be called a wrap or what, but it was good. This is a walk up place with ultra casual seating outdoors. The staff was super polite and smiling. Don’t go up the stairs thinking the«up» in Stir It Up indicates that anything is up there, nothing is there. Smoothies are refreshing also. If you are going to the beach this would be a great place to go since the sandwiches won’t make you feel lethargic.

I missed this place the first time I drove by it. I was expecting a stand-alone shop, but it’s located where the Pit Surf Shop is. The food was very fresh and delicious. My fiancée loved that the Avacado Melt had an entire Hass Avacado in it. I had the Paddy’s Melt which was really good as well. It tasted so fresh and surprisingly light, and that was a good thing because we had an engagement photo shoot session shortly after! The honey mustard in the sandwich was goooooooood. The bread was toasted perfectly as well!(Check out the pic I attached). The sandwiches also come with a few Tostito’s Crispy Rounds-esque chips that don’t do anything to compliment your meal. If anything, it just seems to cheapen it. My only gripe is that it seems a bit expensive. After all, it is a CASHONLY place. But the ingredients are fresh and the final product is wonderful.
