Absolutely the past part of our trip in St. Augustine, the chocolate tour with Storm was the best he made a very good experience for my boyfriend I and the chocolate was amazing!!!

Nice, homey chocolate shop with a large selection. Stopped here on a chilly day in search of some chocolatey hot chocolate. Whetstone did not disappoint. The kind woman working there was very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t help but purchase some chocolates in addition to our warm beverage. One sip of the hot chocolate and I was very, very pleased. It was nice and rich, just like I like it. The chocolates were pretty good too. Recommended.

Only an average review. The coffee was good, but the maple praline candy I bought was hard and very dried out. Unfortunately, I travelled about 30 minutes to my destination before trying it – it wasn’t worth another hour round trip to bring it back.

Taking a tour through the chocolate factory is a great way to enjoy a rainy day in St. Augustine. We had a jolly host(Aa-Ron) and wonderful chocolate.

The best fudge ever! My mother in law is a fudge junkie, we have brought home fudge for her from all over. This is honestly the only fudge that we have had that the flavors are not over powered by the sugar. The peanut butter and chocolate was unbelievable, followed by the dark carmel sea salt. Must try!

This location is on the outskirts of town. After enjoying treats at the downtown location, I could not let BJ drive by here on our way out of town without stopping for more treats! Same great choices, and same good service.

If you’re staying on Anastasia Island(St. Augustine Beach, Butler Beach, Crescent Beach, etc), then this is a MUST stop! It is just over the Bridge of Lions, on the island side — so if you’re walking across the bridge, I would also stop in for a gelato or frozen hot chocolate. Whetstone has 2 or 3 other locations in the Old Town, but they are more crowded and your purchases are likely to melt before you get home, but this location is on the way to the beaches! Their artisan chocolates truly are exceptional. Better than Kilwin’s, in my opinion. As I type this, one of their Menendez dark chocolates is melting in my mouth and it is HEAVEN.

Who doesn’t like chocolate? This place has a unique twist of their iced hot chocolate. Upon entering you’re greeted and I walked around taking in the gifts to purchase and settled on a perfect mug for a dear friend. I browsed the display cases and was bummed that they didn’t have more of a selection. I truly was expecting more. I ordered a truffle and an iced hot chocolate and meandered on my way. I give this place the 4 stars merely because the chocolate was delicious, the gifts were unique, there was adequate parking, but I thought there would be more. The saving grace was the DIVINE drink! Wow, that iced hot chocolate alone deserves a four stars. This is what made this place stand out and if you want a unique cold drink, try this place out!

So good and way better experience than the one on St. George street. We will go to this one from now on… Not only is this one way less crowded but the women behind the counter was sooo nice. She made sure we tasted the gelato before ordering to make sure we liked our flavor. I had the mint cookie and my boyfriend had the chocolate almond. The mint was very strong but yummy. The chocolate was to die for though so creamy and tasted like heaven. We also ordered a few chocolates… all were delicious *almost to rich* but stay away from the chocolate orange peels… they’re just… weird.

We stopped by on a whim on the way out of St. Augustine. Nice atmosphere, tons of variety, good selections of gifts as well. They were friendly and more than happy to accommodate special requests! For example, while there was no affogato on the menu, we asked for an espresso poured over a scoop of gelato and they did it for us, with enthusiasm! Gelato, espresso, frozen hot chocolate, and tons of beautiful chocolates, something for everyone. If you like chocolate, you will enjoy this a lot!

Very nice place with many things to enjoy while blowing a diet — if you diet. One day I’m going to leave my guilt at the door and have a gelato and a couple chocolates!
