I was waiting for this location to open! I used to drive all the way to Glen Ellyn — crazy right — to save on my cleaning bills. Thankfully, this one opened and has been fantastic. The staff is always courteous and attentive, their «in by 10 ready by 5» service has saved me numerous times when I had to travel on short notice. Love this place and the prices are so reasonable!
Highly recommend you check them out if you haven’t! You’ll love them!

I’ve been using CD One Price Cleaners in St. Charles since rig;ht after they opened. They are reliable quick and accurate, and do a great job. The price is a good value, and more than anything, they treat me and my garments with respect, making me feel as though they really appreciate having me as a customer. That can be rare these days!

I think Taylor Swift said in one of her songs,”…gone was any trace of you, now I can say that I am finally clean.”
Well, now I can say that to items I take in to be dry cleaned. I really like this place and I am happy that we finally have one close by.
The prices are so reasonable, and to get dress shirts laundered are even more reasonable. Your items are usually ready the next day. I’ve in the past needed an item sooner even though I had dropped it off later than required for same day service. This was no problem. My item was ready by the specified time. I’m only giving four stars because they can’t seem to get ring-​around-​the-​collar out very well. But perhaps it’s just us?
Thank you CD1. Without you we’d be wearing dirty clothes.

I am very sensitive to mold so when our attic space above our closet got mold, which affected all of our cothes, I was happy to find out that you clean/​treat for mold, but I knew I am the truest test for that. I brought many items to you to be cleaned and sure enough, you got rid of the mycotoxins! I could once again wear and be around those clothes without swelling up! I am SOOO thrilled!!! Also, historically I have been sensitive to most dry cleaning agent (s) but with yours I wasn’t. This is a big deal for someone like me. Now I recommend you guys to everyone I know! And now, I just wish you did drapes, too. I keep hoping one day you will!

Love this place!!! Drop off early and p/​u same day after 5 & the prices are unbeatable! I’ve been using CD for about 10 years now (other locations as well — Naperville, etc) and I have never had one issue with them! I like this new CD cleaners, very clean, free coffee, and pretty nice people working here as well.

Unfortunately, this dry cleaner ruined several of my skirts by using large safety pins to hang them. Now, the fabric on all of the skirts is ruined. Items were even tagged as SPECIAL ATTENTION hang on clips. Please see pictures. Dry cleaners are presumably knowledgeable about clothing and fabrics, and should never be piercing the fabric of clothing with safety pins. Will not be returning.

I dropped off my cleaning at 9:30 AM on Saturday and it was ready the same day by 5 PM. I like the email notification when it’s available for pick up and that the hours are 7 – 7 M-​S. The cost is very reasonable priced — well below what I was paying to my previous cleaner.

I brought my king size comforter in to get cleaned. Brought it home and it was completely faded! Brought it back in and spoke to the manager. He said he had no idea what happened or why it faded. He said they washed it instead of dry cleaning it, but it smelled horribly of dry cleaning solution. Told him I had previously washed it and it did not fade, but he insisted that they did nothing wrong and there was nothing he could do! The prices may be cheap but it’s costing me tons more money in the long run because I now have to replace the king size comforter since it no longer matches the once matching bed skirt and pillow shams that came as a set! Very disappointed. Will never return to this cleaners.

I have been taking my cleaning to another cleaner for years. A friend told me about this company operating out of Burr Ridge. He said that the service was outstanding and the price was great. Last week I tried this new St. charles location. I was extremely impressed by the customer service, speed of service and pricing. They sent me an email telling me when my clothes were done (about 3 hours later). I got a free laundry bag and coupons for being a new customer. The shirts were $ 1.49 each! I have been paying double. The drive is a little longer for me, but this place rocks! Glad they came to town.
