I (Leigh) have been in the fitness industry for 30 years as a gym and boutique owner specializing in cardio and sculpting group X classes and exclusively selling Hard Tail Forever apparel as both my exercise gear and savvy street clothes. I have been a pioneer in the fitness industry for over 30 years, specifically instructing group X classes in sculpting, metabolic, and step with additions of Iyengar yoga and pilate cool downs.
