Assholes closed early. I was told they close at 10. I try to get a quick bite at 9:25 and they’ve already COMPLETELY cleaned up(except for the massive discussing Coke spill by the garbage cans, clearly from dragging garbage bags on the floor and not cleaning up the spilling liquid) and both employees are hiding in the back on their cell phones. I asked if they were already closed and the rude employee just says«yeah» and goes back to fucking around on her phone. I can’t believe they’re getting paid right now. And I’m standing here starving. FUCKTHAT.

Very slow and running out of food. Messy space with trash on the floor… McDonald’s should replace the store front. I don’t think bk Corp cares… Any ways just go to chilies to go for food. It will be faster and you’ll actually get good food.

My boyfriend and I both ordered double cheese burgers and fries. The lady confirmed our order in a weird not very comprehendible language, so we have her the benefit. The girl handing the food out was super rude and you could tell she hated her job. In the plane we realized we got a cheese burger and one fry. Thanks BK

Extremely poor service, instead of «Hi welcome to Burger King how may I help you?» We are treated with the very unfriendly«What you want?» Also, my order was thrown into the bag and as the worker turned to walk away I was greeted with his underwear hanging out over the top of his uniform pants. Very classy St. Louis.

Got my food quickly and no complaints about the service. I only ordered a Whopper Jr., which cost around $ 2.50 – not bad at all, especially by airport standards.

How does BK run out of burgers?! That’s complete incompetence on the part of management. Unless a freezer went down, there is absolutely no excuse. Walk across the Chilis, spend a dollar more and eat a decent burger.

Just Terrible. I realize you are captive at an airport, but Burger King management or the STL Airport should shut this down. The staff is terrible. I had a TERRIBLE counter person who could not figure out how to place orders and then openly yelled at her fellow employee about the computer. It took each of us in line a few minutes to order and a long wait for the food. Prices are high, quality of my chicken sandwich was bad enough I should have returned it… but I was already on the plane. Cooks and staff did not seem to care about customers(or anything), but this is the most expensive Burger King out there?! Bad and sad. Avoid if you can. Chilli’s nearby is a bit better if you have the time.

Food was cold. Meal prep person could not keep her hands of her face. Friendly cashier. Out of BBQ sauce. To expensive for the quality of food served!

15 minutes to get a whopper junior. They would only let you choose from what they already had left from breakfast. This is 10:00 am. Of course it’s at the airport so it’s over prices. The whopper jr looked like the size of a slider.

Cold food, nasty hygiene, high prices, really bad service…, Don’t it make you want to wait in line and get you some. 1st off, the employees are too busy BS’ing with each other to wait on you, they shucking and jivin and everything but saying«hello, can I help you?», then when they just can’t ignore you any longer, they take your order, then the hamburger girl dips you very barely warm meat patty onto a slightly stale bun, the cheese on it won’t even melt(ain’t kidding), then you happen to notice, that the whole place looks like some 3rd world Country hut, where all boxes are all over the place, the floor is nasty, there’s no organization, your surprised you don’t see Chickens running around in the kitchen. Then they sloppily hand you your bag like their doing you a favor. You then eat it cause your starvin, otherwise you chuck it in the trash and then you realize you just ate at a really nasty joint, wasted your money, and you then gets mad at yourself for even thinking it may have been hot or good. Do yourself a really good favor, AVOID this hole in the wall, and maybe they’ll close it and replace it with something decent.

Horrible service. No, worst service. No smiles either. Look at me, I’m your customer, not a figment of your imagination. Huge attitudes. And incredibly dirty. When you start a Unilocal!review in sentence fragments, you should know as the reader that you are being set up for a warning piece and possible ruination. Worst fast food experience of my life. It’s suppose to be the same across the board, right? Whether in Nashville, Manitoba, Dakur, you always get what you expect. But I never expected this. And I didn’t even eat anything! It was so dirty, and I just watched as they cleaned the floors with bare hands and towels, then took a cup off the rack. Next, someone cleaning the floor with barehands took my order, typed on the positouch, and, begrudgingly and arrogantly, I actually handed the server my debit card. An $ 8 charge that now probably carries salmonella. But what happened next shocked me. The girl about to prepare my food starts coughing, then throwing up. And other staff members stand there, pointing it out! Laughing! Continuing with the mockery, the theatrics of appear to clean an environment so unsanitary, the workers didn’t even help her. It makes me wonder: how many people are flying above the U.S. right now, blaming the flight captain and/or turbulence, or motion sickness for their upset stomaches? How many are spreading germs from this sky highway rest stop across the nation? What I did next was, I stood back, told them to cancel my order and got out off there. Fast. Like, fast as fast food, but with more dignity and grace. What makes this experience even worse, is that I haven’t had Burger King in years. Not am I about to attempt to do so again anytime soon. Yet I’m not about to rant about my philosophies on fast food here either. The point is, this airport has extremely limited choices. Either donuts for dinner, Chile’s, or beer. So restricted and so hungry, my choice led me to what appeared to be a cesspool of disease. Steer clear when at this airport. I really wish my connection had been the usual in Charlotte. That airport has awesome food(gotta try the sushi bar there) and even if I did have a three hour break between flights, at least it wouldn’t be this mind numbingly boring. 0.5 stars at best, because at least they have plenty of seating. Which is probably due to the fact that nobody eats here because it’s a spectacle of waste and debris.

I was going to come here and complain about the cleanliness and overall shitty attitude of all the employees, but then I realized that it’s a Burger King in an airport, and that my standard shouldn’t be so high. California Pizza Kitchen is less than 10 feet away. Go there instead.

This restaurant should be avoided at all costs if you value your time and money. I am a flight attendant and on a tight schedule. The mistakes made by the staff AND management were, by the time I gave up and finally left, were just simply a comedy of errors. Food prep was excruciatingly slow. The final straw was that the meat, after waiting 10 minutes, was burnt by the automatic broiler. St. Louis airport, international airport, STAYAWAY!

7 bucks for lukewarm food, I must be hungry in an airport to put up with this robbery. Not much going on food wise in the E terminal in St. Louis.

Terrible service. Very rude. How do you not have ketchup at Burger King? I love Burger King and I’m not picky, but I have to give this a bad rating. The fries were good only cause they hadn’t dropped any. The lady was ready to go home and she announced it to all the customers. It is an airport I’m sure you get the same 630 – 645 rush every night

Fast service, but the food is expensive. Given it is and airport so you pay more but almost twice as much??? Line was short and we were helped fast but we had to wait for fries. You would think they would keep fries going during lunch hour but apparently forgot to make enough this day. After about a 10 min wait we got our fries and went to our terminal. Otherwise the food was good.

This is my breakfast stop in Lambert’s Terminal 2(Southwest). The sandwiches are always hot & fresh. Just make sure you grab napkins… they don’t put them in the bag.

Burgers for breakfast at the airport?! Well, heck if you’re flying out at that retarded pre-noon, after breakfast time, I’m sure you’d consider it too. The service here is short, simple and quick. No extra frills but the food was hot, tasty and the drink wasn’t overfilled with ice. The only satisfying meal I had at the airport and judging from the line, I’m not the only one.
