I’m giving this Starbucks a two star only because the set up and slower staff make the line consistently long. They make decent Starbucks drinks, but if there’s a line, it will take you a bit longer to get your drink. If you’re rushing to get on a flight, do NOT go here unless there’s no line.

As a previous Starbucks barista, I was shocked at the uncleanliness, unprofessionalism, and poor customer service. One worker was(hopefully) on break; however, she stood next to the espresso machine licking her fingers of hot Cheetos. Additionally, there were five people in uniform; however, only one was doing anything(taking orders and money and then proceeding to make the drinks without washing hands). I realize people have lower expectations for airport Starbucks, but this one was remarkable.

Sure it’s an airport location with no extravagant leather sofas, industrial working tables are super cool baristas but it’s an airport location… what more do you want but your daily dose served up just in time to board your flight outta this joint. Located inside Terminal 1 just past the security checkout and next door to Dunkin Donuts. Prepare for long lines but it moves pretty quickly if you know what you want and don’t hold the line up ordering a tall cappuccino with a splash of soy milk, slightly shaken not stirred over a few cubes of ice in a grande up, half pump of hazelnut with a fan of whipped cream on top!!! Not sure if I have the right location. Writing for Lambert airport, East terminal. Starbucks across from gate E-17. Worst Starbucks ever. Ordered my drink, it came overflowing, running over the lid. Server wiped the bottom of the glass and nothing else. I asked if she had any napkins. «No, but I can give you an extra glass». What good is that going to do me? I asked if there were napkins on the kiosk. Yes… Just what I want before I board a plane. A sticky drink spilling. Good grief!

Pricey Airport Starbucks SITREP They have the basic level 2 Starbucks products & service available at this location. THESETUP I am not a fan of a Starbucks — whether it be in an Airport or a Stadium, etc. — that uses the location as an excuse to charge up to 35%-50% more for their product. Paid nearly $ 3 more for the Venti Blonde & Sausage Breakfast sandwich I could have gotten for less at my home Starbucks. THELOWDOWN They got most of the goods you want at a Starbucks, but they will make you pay for the«privilege» of being in an airport.

Aw, the joy of the captive airport audience. Maybe I got them on a bad day, but they were pretty disorganized, weren’t writing people’s names on the cups so we were all a little confused on whose order was whose. I got a hazelnut latte and it was the worst cup of coffee Starbucks had ever made for me.

This is one sad, sad Starbucks. Not only is it gross and unkept; the staff is absolutely useless. They look(and act) as if they have never made coffee before in their life, they are rude, tired, and basically just remind me of junkies without any trace of motivation. The place is a chaotic mess; if you don’t want your day ruined, take the time and drive somewhere else for your daily dose of caffeine — this place is not worth your time, let alone money.

Monkey: Grande Blonde please. Her: Grande Pike. Monkey: Blonde please, not Pike. We both stare down… she pours the Pike with the Blonde tag on it. I pay, wishing I could fart a present for the win.

I ordered a decaf coffee with a little bit of anniversary blend and a girl with the brown hair said, «you difficult». Is anybody else sick of poor customer service from the people you are paying their salary? The TSA could run this place better than these losers.

When the NYC Starbucks said peppermint syrup is seasonal and this airport Starbucks had it. Well that earns a star. Properly placing 5 – 6 pumps into a venti earns them a star. Then respectful employees and cleanliness earns them 3 more. As a gold card member I frequent enough Starbucks to say they earned this rating today.

I go into this location all the time when I’m picking my husband up at the airport. Recently, his plane was delayed and it was pouring rain so I knew I’d be waiting forever. I ran and the girl working was closing up. She literally had 90% of her stuff put away. With no question or hesitation she stopped and made my drink, to perfection. I offered to order the easiest drink and she insisted I get what I want. Amazing!

How many people standing around does it take to make a strawberry smoothie? There were at least 7 ppl standing behind the counter staring at you first off. I felt like a chicken dinner. End result this was the worst strawberry smoothie ever from starbucks.

The ladies behind the counter were on it today. I walked up to a 10 deep line and they cranked through it like pros. Not the most friendly bunch, but efficient, and sometimes that is just good enough. Star off for the sitting area being a bit messy.

I go to Starbucks several times a week if not everyday and I travel a lot so I often frequent the airport Starbucks as well. I have had several issues at this Starbucks and have finally reached the point that I felt I needed to reach out to Starbucks directly and share this review. The Starbucks inside the Southwest terminal at St. Louis Lambert Airport has had terrible customer service and made awful quality drinks for me time and time again. Through travel I have probably been there over 20 times in the past year and maybe one or two times has my drink been correct. Today I went to Starbucks and ordered a grande iced vanilla coffee with half and half and whip cream. They were at the bottom of the vanilla bottle so the woman goes and gets a new bottle and removes the lid and proceeds to dump the remaining contents of the old bottle in my cup, no measurement at all and I could see from looking at it that it was way too much… it was right under the bottom line on the cup! She then dumps in some coffee and ice and then half and half and put whip on top and handed it to me. She didn’t mix it… it was so separated because there was so much vanilla in it that I asked if she could mix it. She gave me a dirty look and took it without a word. She then takes my cup and dumps the entire thing(whip and all) into another cup several times to mix everything and then puts more whip on top and hands it back. I took a drink and it was way way too sweet, I said I’m sorry, but can you please remake this… it is way to sweet. The other worker(who was quiet, but very polite-working the register) said she would do it but the original girl said no she would do it. Again she says nothing to me and takes my cup and throws it away. She then pumps 3 quick pumps of vanilla in my cup(I know it’s 4 that go in a grande) and then dumps in half & half(way too much and I know that goes in after coffee) and then coffee… she realizes it’s way too full to add in ice and dumps some of the mixture out, adds ice, puts on whip and hands it to me. I know that Starbucks uses the lines on the iced cups to measure everything(I’ve watched my drinks be made and I’ve asked) and that after syrup they put in coffee to the mid line and milk to the top line and use the measuring cup for ice to the top and I appreciate that for consistency, but this Starbucks does not ever follow that in my experience. Anyway, I had to ask for an additional pump of vanilla and it was mostly milk anyway. It was awful, but after all this time I had to get to my gate. I know there are off days and sometimes team members are having a bad day or maybe they are not a fit… either way, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Stabucks yet, but sadly not the first time I’ve had a really poor experience at this Starbucks.

All Starbucks locations inside lambert airport terminal areas should be avoided. I don’t think the baristas go to barista school! The Starbucks that’s located directly outside the southwest terminal near security and the checkin counters is great! However that doesn’t really help travelers who can’t take their drinks inside. Perhaps chug some as you wait in te security line? Or grab a cup of joe as you head out of the airport if you can!

This review is for the Starbucks on the Southwest terminal at Lambert Airport. It always seems like an inconvenience for them to wait on you, horrible service. Last time I was there they only offered tall drinks because they were out of lids. AVOIDTHISPLACE! I give it a 2 only because the coffee is still great!

This is probably my favorite Starbucks. I travel quite frequently and make it a habit to stop here on my way to baggage claim since I have time to kill; the St Louis airport takes 30 – 40 minutes for your bags to come out. That’s another story though. Anyway, what I like about this Starbucks is how friendly the staff is. There’s always the same two girls working here and they are always happy and cheerful. And, they provide great service. Plus, they make an excellent quad tall cappuccino. I go here so often that they now remember what I order. The girls always act like I’m crazy for ordering a quad. I guess people rarely order 4 shots of espresso at a time! BTW, this review is in reference to the Starbucks right outside of Baggage Claim. The other Starbucks in the terminals are lame and the staff in those Starbucks acts like you’ve asked the world of them to simply take your order, much less do something like make your drink!
