Won’t ever go back! They won’t honor there online prices. Ordered their online special of 3+ special for 20.99 but they would not honor the special or even discount any of our order. I guess management is always right at that particular store.

Ok this location makes horrible pizza. I have been there 4 times and each time its no where near close to the other locations. Barely any sauce on the thing the last time I got one. I would have been better off eating the box instead. Im done with this location period!

My love for thin crust pizza is a result of this restaurant. Even though I reside in LA now, St. Louis style pizza will always be something to look forward to when coming back home. Imo’s seems to be the biggest competition when it comes to St. Louis style pizza and is probably the bigger chain, but I would 100% suggest you try Cecil’s. The ingredients and taste are just better. The cheese is perfectly melted, the sauce is to die for, and the crust is nicely toasted. I always come here on Tuesdays for their Customer Appreciation Day. Who wouldn’t when they offer $ 4 large pizzas? You can dine-in or take your pizza to go. It gets pretty crowded during dinner time, so I ended up taking it to-go. If pizza isn’t your thing that’s okay too. They have plenty of other options and some great combos if you’re coming in with a group. Definitely a top pick for my St. Louis bucket list!

If you like St. Louis style pizza, this is your best get while in town. Imo’s has the bigger name, but they just aren’t as good topping and seasoning wise. I had a pepperoni and bacon pie a couple weeks ago before Thanksgiving and the delivery was fast, pizza was hot and amazing, and the side items(wings in particular) were very good.

Love the St Louis style thin crust. My family does too. We ate it 3 times in 4 nights because my kids love it. The prices are really low too. Always ask for specials and bogo offers. We had 4 large pizzas, wings, and family salad for less than $ 50.

I just picked up my pizza and it was the worse pizza I ever had in my life. It taste like card board. I drove 15 minutes to get my pizza and this is what I get. My entire family was disappointed. We will never return

At the Olive location, they have Stumpy’s BBQ available, and it is unbelievably awesome. I had an interesting experience last time I ordered delivery from there. I ordered a full slab of ribs, the girl on the phone who took my order suggested I order a dinner plate, because she said it contained bigger portions, I asked, to confirm, «does that still contain a full rack of ribs?» She said«yes». I asked again still confused by the order, «does this contain a full rack of ribs?» Again, she said, «yes.» The order came, and surprise, no full rack, only one plate, hence the dinner plate. When I called back to try to rectify this situation, I was told that the girl spoke with was new and unfamiliar with the menu, I was then passed to a manager, a man who offered to send me more ribs, but at the price difference. I didn’t think this was fair, since I was misled as to what was what. after refusing at first, the gentleman agreed to send me more ribs at no extra charge. I appreciated that they agreed to fix the situation, but it was really frustrating to go through. The moral, the bbq menu is excellent, very very delicious, but I would suggest making sure you double check your order and that it’s correct if you order delivery.

Been coming here for years and still love it. Some of the same employees here everytime we come. Quick, neighborhood, super casual spot. Great meals combos like the Dine In Special and the Pizza & Salad Special. Makes great left overs warmed up in the oven or just eaten cold. This location seems better than most.

This place is terrible! The staff is rude, both the wait staff and management. I have never gotten my order I’m both a timely fashion AND correct. Most of the time the food is cold when it’s delivered– why charge a delivery fee if the food needs microwaved when you get it? I have learned: no matter how good the coupon, DONOT order food from here.

I have visit this place around 5 times already and my family and I love it! The staff is always very helpful and assist us in getting the most food for our money. I have dine in and order to carry out, never had issues or problems with my order. The place is clean and well located! The ribs are awesome! I truly recommend this place!

Solid pizza! I was NOT a fan of IMO’s during the short time I lived here but I had this place a few times and it’s great for the money. Toasted Ravioli, garlic cheese bread, and the green pepper, pepperoni, and pineapple were our staples each time and it did not disappoint!

Okay so we have eaten at this location for a long time but the service and the food have gone way downhill. They used to have a great inexpensive steak sandwhich but when they recently raised the price the quality went way down. I have gotten it twice where it was mainly fat and grissle. I admit that I do not expect the best steak sandwhich in pizza place staffed by mainly teenagers but still before it was at least worth the price. The same is true of the pasta. it used to be great but we have had it twice lately and it was so overcooked it was just mushy and tasted like dough. However the worst experience we have had there happened tonight. We had went online and downloaded a coupon for what they said was Pizza and Ribs x 2. It was a coupon for two 14 inch two topping pizzas, a full slab of ribs and 2 and ½ sides for $ 35.99. When we called to place our delivery order the girl told us they did not have a deal like that. We explained we had gotten the coupon off their website. The girl then put us on hold and came back to tell us they did not have that deal and ask which site we were on. There are actually two one is and the other is . We were on the second but truthfully after playing around on both sites when you click on the creve coeur location you end up in the same spot. The girl then told us that they did not have the special or coupon we wanted and would need to speak to a manager but no manager was there. Anyway we were not happy, she then put another girl on the phone who said the first girl was new and was not sure about the specials. She again told us no such special or coupon exsisted. She tried to tell us we were on the site and not hers and must be looking at the one for Howdershell. We told her no we were on the regular site we always use for their location and went so far as to read her the coupon. She said she would have to bring it up on the computer.(hmm wonder where that computer was). She claimed she was on the site and their was only one link for coupons and that was the downloadable cecil whitakers link. We told her there was a link right below that one for smokehouse coupons. She insisted there was not.(I might also mention only certain locations serve the stumpys bbq). She wanted us to read her the coupon which we did twice and it said on the coupon valid at the St Peters, Ofallon, and Creve Coeur locations. She still continued to give us trouble and put us on hold saying she needed to speak to her manager.(hmmm the one who was not there). She came back and again told us no such coupon exsisted. So finally we asked to speak to the manager who they first said was not there. She put a male on the line.(I suspect he was not the manger but just a coworker or cooK) anyway. He finally came on the line and agreed to take our order and we said we would give them the printed coupon. When the delivery guy arrived we gave it to him and he said they had found it. Now after giving us trouble for ten minutes if they did in fact find it the least they could have done is called and apologized. Either way this was insane. We had the coupon and instead of arguing they should have made the order and taken it and if there was a problem with their system they could fix it later but this is by far the worst customer service we have ever had. Now between the food quality and the unproffessional attitudes of the staff it will be a long long time before we eat anything from here again! If you use a coupon make sure they take it because if it is on their site and valid at their location they darn well should honor it!

I had to feed 20 customers last week. I went to another pizza place across the street from my customer but it was 10 minutes before opening time. The man inside would not open the door to take an order so I dove up Olive to this Cecil’s place. Wow, what a difference! In 20 minutes I had ordered and paid for 5 pies for pickup the next day. Most of these pies were great but the thin crust can’t stand up to the weight of the veggie toppings. 516 inch pies will easily feed 20 people, they will be hot, tasty and ready on time, about $ 15 each. Provel cheese is a St Louis specialty, by the way, Costa Italian market invented it in1947 to replace Provolne and Mozzarella, that’s how it’s name was derived.

There is a reason their pizza is 3.99 on Tuesdays it’s terrible. By the time I crossed the street to Barnes Hospital to take the pizza it was already cold. Paper thin, very little sauce, hardly no cheese — it’s like eating a cracker with hardly anything on it. I will keep searching for a real pizza around here, but haven’t found it yet!

Best hot wings in St. Louis hands down. Ask for extra sauce poured on them and you won’t know what hit ya. I order those and some pizza(the Pizza Plus special…) for dinner and it has never failed to bring a smile to my face. The wings will make you sweat(which I LOVE) and the pizza is thin and crispy with a perfect blend of toppings and cheese. Probably my favorite pizza restaurant in Saint Louis… sorry Imos!

Best Chef Salads ever. Forget the pizza, oh don’t get me wrong it’s delicious, but I will go there solely for their chef salads… You won’t regret it, get the house vinaigrette dressing and I’m telling you, you won’t ever be able to have a house salad anywhere else. Very reasonably priced!

Cecil Whittaker’s Pizzeria is a great place to go for pizza. Whenever I get a hankering from some pizza on the all famous thin St. Louis style crust, then I head over to Cecil Whittaker’s Pizza, also known as CWP for those who are into hip slang and using three letters. There they never let you down with taste or service. Each time that I have enjoy Cecil Whittaker’s Pizza I usually always get my favorite topping of Canadian Bacon and Pineapple with a pitcher of beer since it is it too is really affordable, like cheap affordable. The prices are low and the food taste great and it never takes all that long to get the pizza either. They just cook it up and bring it out to you fresh. Cecil Whittaker’s Pizzeria is a great place to eat pizza.

I long thought that Cecil Whittaker’s was just an Imo’s clone. As far as I can tell, there is no difference. My wife says that it is slightly not as good as Imo’s(but she actually likes Imo’s). It seems that there is absolutely no sauce on the pizza at all. I like sauce. I think it makes or breaks a pizza. This pizza is broken.

I spent the summer of 2003 in Columbia, Missouri. It was pretty awful. One of the bright spots was visiting St. Louis and going to Cecil Whittaker’s. The toasted ravioli is amazing! St. Louis style pizza? Not bad! But the real draw here is Monday Mania, when all food items are half off. Bring a bunch of friends and eat until you cannot eat anymore!
