I have been coming to Changes for about 7 years now on a monthly basis for cut and color. The last place I went to for 10 years he did the same haircut over and over. I never felt pretty or feminine enough. With Linda Rickert, she has such an artistic flair that she will make you look and feel beautiful when you walk out, each and every time. She takes the time to discuss what style/​color would look good on you because she takes into account the shape of your face and accentuates it. The place is beautiful and the owner, Donna Brentlinger, has done a terrific job of making it light, bright and airy but not overly feminine as there are plenty of men that come here too. They have plenty of products to choose from including travel sizes. They offer cookies, coffee, tea and water and often have specials. Tell Linda I sent you!

It’s possible I may have found a salon worth going to again!
I was dying to get my hair done and spent all night looking at Unilocal reviews trying to find a place to go. I decided to give this place a call and they were able to get me in the next day for an appointment with Stephanie.
She asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and gave suggestions on how to make it work better. I left with exactly what I had in mind.
For balayage and a cut, the price was reasonable. I’ll be back.

I have been going to Changes for over 15 years for nails (Faith is awesome, she is professional with a heart of gold), hair (Sarah always does a very nice foil, cut and style and is very sweet), spray tans (Courtney does a great job and always has a smile) and massages (Karen is great and also make the best homemade Christmas trays of cake pops and chocolate pretzels). The front desk staff are great, very efficient yet welcoming and friendly). I have also had my granddaughters birthday party where they all got their nails done, they let us bring in pizza and snacks, it was great!
I have come to know many of the other clients and we all have a great time when we are getting our nails done by Faith, it’s like a getting together with friends and laughing so much the time flies.

«WOW» I finally found a place that actually cares. I can’t wait to go back. The owner Donna was so nice and really helped me with the look I wanted to achieve. Everyone was so nice to me. Made me feel right at home. All of the stylist are up to date on the latest styles and cuts. Also they could be charging Clayton prices, they are that good. Pricing is very resonable. The salon also is extremely clean.“Tabitha would be proud” A+

I have been going to Changes Salon for several years and have watched it grow into the great Salon & Spa that it is now. My daughter had her birthday party there. They treated the girls to hair, make-​up and manicures. The girls have a great time! The staff was incredible and I recommend this! I also highly recommend the tandem massage! My husband and I treated ourselves and it was fantastic!

I go to Changes and see Debbie for my haircuts and she’s the best. I had a hard time finding a hairstylist that I trusted when I moved here and she really listens to what I want and I leave so happy every time!

A friend of mine found this place off Groupon. I’ve never heard of it but Unilocal reviews were good so I said «sure!». When you pull up into the plaza you think «this plaza is missing something… a gun range» but the way it looks on the inside, you would think it was in a plaza in Ladue. It’s cozy, clean, the staff are sweet and helpful. My appt was at 1:00 and I was out of there in 30 mins. I believe my girl’s name was Courtney and she was sweet, quick and held my hand through the pain. I have no complaints and I will be returning!

I was given a gift card for the «Women’s Getaway Package» I went in today and got a 60 minute massage from Hollie and it was wonderful, like I’m planning on getting a package wonderful. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable. After my massage I got a spa manicure and pedicure with Amber, these were also awesome. Amber was super nice and did my nails exactly how I like them, she made sure I was happy with how they came out in the end and the pedicure was especially good. I highly recommend them! Another thing I liked was before my service, since I was a first time customer, they started with a tour of the salon and spa, it made me feel comfortable and showed that the place was very clean and decorated tastefully.

I used a Groupon for a manicure and pedicure. I think the woman who did my nails was named Amanda — she was very friendly and did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised by the mimosa she offered me! The pedicure was really relaxing and she did a massage with it, too. I upgraded to the shellac option for my manicure and got a French manicure. She did a good job — my only complaint is that she missed the sides of my nails a little bit so the shellac has started to chip after only a few days. I would recommend if you had the Groupon to use. I’m not sure about their pricing otherwise.

A few weeks ago, I came here for a pedicure with a friend to prep for my sister’s wedding. Stephanie Schmidleutner did a great job! My toes looked great. The pedicure came with a mini-​massage which was what I needed. The ambience was great. Very peaceful & quiet. Who knew that such a great gem was found near my house? I will sooo be coming back here for pedicures & possibly a massage. The price was totally worth it. Not tooo expensive, not tooo cheap. Just in the middle.

I’d never been to Changes before, but I’ll definitely be back.
The décor is pretty and inviting, and if I’d actually had to wait, I’m sure it would have been comfortable.
The receptionist was nice, and I didn’t have to wait for my facial, at all.
Courtney did an amazing job on my mini facial. I’ll be going back to purchase some of the products used. It was very relaxing, and she answered all my skincare questions with professional, but easy to understand, solutions.
Priced right in line with what I’m used to, and with a great staff, I’ll be back for more facials and other fun treatments that I found out about while there.
Give it a try, and ask for Courtney, you won’t regret it.
