Legacy Physical Therapy is a specialized outpatient physical therapy clinic. We have been committed to providing integrated and individualized rehabilitation since 2008. Our highly specialized staff provides comprehensive care to patients with a variety of pelvic dysfunctions and orthopedic conditions. We specialize in rehabilitation programs for treatment of pelvic floor pain and dysfunction, incontinence, post-​prostatectomy care, prenatal/​postpartum conditions, pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction, post-​breast cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema, and orthopedic injuries.

History

Established in 2008.

Legacy Physical Therapy was founded by Dr. Brooke Kalisiak PT, DPT, WCS to provide a clinic where women and men could come to received comprehensive, conservative treatment for various women’s health and pelvic conditions.

Business Owner

Brooke Kalisiak PT, DPT, WCS, President of Legacy Physical Therapy LLC, is a board certified women’s health physical therapist with a passion for treating women. She has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University in Saint Louis.

Brooke has received several awards for her academic and volunteer activities:

Bob Hickok Merit Scholarship from Washington University Program in Physical Therapy

Directors Award for leadership, scholar, and commitment to the profession from Washington University Program in Physical Therapy

Lorraine F. Lake Award given to a graduating member of the post-​professional curriculum who exhibits commitment to learning and the profession of physical therapy from Washington University Program in Physical Therapy
