History

Established in 2010.

Mojo Tapas Restaurant & Bar has long been a Dream of Chef and Owner Eric Erhard. The concept for the restaurant has changed over the years but not the core belief that we must deliver consistant quality food and drinks in a timely fashion no matter what the price point. Chef Eric was trained in Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada. Where he lived for 12 years and got his first taste for the industry washing dishes and quickly moved up thru the ranks in the kitchen. After a 3 year apprenticeship program Thru the Nova Scotia Institute of Technology under a prominant local French chef he continued to cut his teeth in the première restaurants and country clubs in Atlantic Canada. Looking to broaden his horizons he moved to Whistler, British Columbia to work in the very competitive and exclusive ski resort town. After a couple of seasons he made his way back home to St. Louis which all took about 14 years. He has worked locally at Café Mire, Crazy Fish, Annie Gunns, Harvest, Momos and Boogaloo.
