Friendly staff. Fast enough appointments for a specialist. I’ve never had a negative encounter my surgeon, Dr. Todd Howard. The surgery was done wonderfully and gave me a much betyer improvement rate than initially thought. YEAH! The difficult recovery was due my body easily catching infections. Dr Howard always showed concern when I kept getting staph infections and was always very nice and understanding to the fact I was upset; he was never short nor rude in his visits whether office or hospital.
Dr Howard was great and was calming during the entire process. Without a doubt, I’d recommend Dr Howard to someone who’d need hos specialty.
Hos nurse Jeannie is a 10 star. She immediately knows your name, how your feeling and is one of the kindest nurses I have met. While waiting for surgery and she comes into the room, I have always felt relief. She has a type of motherly calming effect.
