I got my nexgen nails removed and reapplied and it was pretty obvious that they do not perform that service often. The final product was not quite what I am use to, but still good. The people there were nice and there was no wait for an appointment. I hear the jelly pedi is worth doing, so I think I’ll be back for that.

The staff have horrible attitudes, they are rude and if u dislike something on about ur nails they say mean things about u in their laugage … and they rush on ur nails will not be back ever

Annie is an amazing nail technician. If you want NexGen for your nails, make sure you make an appointment with Annie. She is the best at the application and has meticulous attention to detail. She always makes sure that everything is even and clean. I’ve had others do NexGen and the job is so-so, so now I just call and make an appointment with Annie. She also does a great pedicure. The salon is clean and I like the fact how they use liners in their pedicure spas.

Really disappointed with this salon. On my first trip, I really liked my technician(Annie) and she did a really great, meticulous job! A different girl helped me on my second trip, and my french manicure was okay, not great… I went back yesterday for the third time and I will not be returning. An older woman helped me and she was not only really rough on my hands(left scrapes and scabs above my cuticles!) but also failed to apply the gel polish smoothly and I ended up with brush lines and even a cotton fuzz in one of my nails. Frustrated, I decided not to leave and went back to ask her to fix it… and she made it EVENWORSE. Rather than 3 of my nails having streaks, there are brush ridges/lines on ALL of them now and to boot she kept missing my nail and left polish on my skin in several places. A day later, the skin above my cuticles is sore and scabbed, and my nails look really bad. Not happy. Will not be returning unless I book again with Annie.

I walked into this nail salon & when asked what I needed, which was my NexGen nail enhancement removed & applied again, the technicians surrounded me speaking in Vietnamese. Clearly, they had no clue as to what needed to be done, although the product sat to the left of the salon. One tech nicely came over &(rescued me) told me that she would help me. She soaked the nail enhancement off & explained that another tech would apply more of the product. Annie, the technician that applied my product is not only friendly & easy to speak to because she if fluent in English, but she knows her product(s)!! She listened carefully to my needs & feelings while thoroughly explaining what happened to my nails(another salon), what should’ve been done, what we could do to improve my situation, & she created a plan for the next 2 weeks for my nails. For every step, she explained the details & I am a big fan of Annie’s which is the reason that I give this shop 4 stars. If I am just as pleased with my pedicure, then they will get 5 stars from me. Cleanliness, yes. Availability, yes. Parking, yes. Please know that these technicians speak fluent English, but prefer their native language. Pay attention; they speak English well when attempting to talk you into more services! :)

I really want to give this place 5 stars because it’s so clean and they’ve got such a great selection of gel colors, but the finished product as of late has been really awful. I’ve had everything done here from basic to jelly pedicures, regular manicures, gel manicures, acrylics with regular polish, gel polish… I’ve tried it all. Been a semi-regular customer for the last 10 years. I guess it’s just really hit or miss with the technicians anymore. If you get a good one and get amazing results like some of them give, I highly recommend making an appointment so you get the same quality service.

Pedicure was amazing. Upgrade to the jelly pedicure you won’t be disappointed. Now the rest of the experience. .one technician was napping in a pedi chair, my French gel mani has flaws in it, and I saw a roach! The technician who helped me was very nice but hardly could understand what I was asking for. So the pedicure was great but the rest of the experience was borderline uncomfortable. Prices aren’t bad, they accept walk ins, but I would go somewhere else next time.

Love it! Great service, decent prices, and even though we don’t make appointments, we rarely wait, and not for long. Vic’s has a great selection of services.

Finally went here today to get my crusty toes done. Whew. they were super crusty. Anyways I like this shop. They have some products that i haven’t seen before. One of them is the Jelli«crap i forgot the rest». you get to choose from different scents… they have rose, lavender mist, orange, and mint. They put it in the water and it gives it a wonderful scent and encases the water.(thats what the poster advertising it says). They also put lavender scrub on my toes which greatly needed it and then they did a lavender parafin wrap on my legs. All of that was 32 bucks.
