Stopped in for ice cream while we were in St. Michael’s a few weeks ago. They serve ice cream from a Maryland creamery… I want to say it’s from Kilby’s but someone can correct me if that’s wrong. Very refreshing treat on a hot day and a diverse, yet not overwhelming selection of flavors. The ice cream tastes almost like fresh milk. Also a quaint little gift shop. I didn’t have time to browse because I had a hot, hungry family waiting for ice cream outside.

In summer they also have great ice cream. Its from a local dairy and is tops for flavor and creaminess. 2016 No more ice cream — new owner has more gift items but the candy is still terrific.

Stopped by the really nice toy store(Calico Toys & Games) and B wanted to try this place out(ice cream). He had Tractor Tracks — Vanilla with peanut butter and chocolate. I had a taste — WOW On top of that, the sales folks were kind and accommodating. There were cute and seemingly original gifts for sale, we’ll have to go back soon and check them out.

A cute little store in downtown St. Michael’s selling an assortment of candy and unique gifts for the home. As for the sweet side of the store, you’ll find lots of chocolate, jelly bellies, dipped fruits, etc. If you are not interested in adding to your waist line, then you can still stop in and check out some of their unique gifts for the home. I suspect the inventory is constantly changing out based on the season. They are adding ice cream to their list of goodies, and I suspect that will be open in time for the summer season.
