Meet the Business Owner

Jackie Liang F.

Business Owner

Jackie is the director of Jackie Liang Studio and Bay Cottage Retreat. She is a life-​long Buddhist, Taoist and yogini. She dedicates her life to serve the happiness of beings.

Her spiritual teachers are The Dalai Lama, Thay Thich Nhat Hanh, and Chin Kung of Pureland. She studied Kripalu, Ashtanga, Prana Flow, Power Vinyasa Yoga, Jivamukti, Bhakti, and Dharma Yoga under the most beloved teachers: Devarshi, Priti, Sudha, Rudy, Vandita, Shiva, Demetri, Simon, Jessica, Gopi, Greg, Rob, Baron, Bill, Gail, Heri, Brittanie, Mukti, Sara, Jonathan, Dinabandhu, Sage, and Tim.

She serves her community in — teaching at the St. Michaels Community Center; assisting the Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training-​200 Program; and mentoring RYT-​200, KYT-​200 and Level 1 teachers.

She is honored to be a recipient of Kripalu’s Teaching for Diversity Grant.

She honors her yoga & martial arts lineages. She integrates cutting-​edge knowledge and technique to serve her students’ goals and to enrich her practice.
