Here are the Pros: +Close to home, less than a mile for me +Next to Cub foods which is convenient when I need to grab some milk and eggs +Very convenient hours because they are open 24⁄7 +Free before and after assessment +Free month for every referral you bring in +If you sign up for a year contract, they let you suspend your membership for months at a time so you’re not paying for months that you’re not going there like the summer months +Can go to any Snap Fitness location Cons: –Not a lot of machines, so it gets crowded(which is why I go late at night) –I see members opening the door to non members(not fair man). –It’s pretty pricey compared to Fitness 19($ 60 per month for my wife and I with 1 year contract VS $ 29/month at Fitness 19 with no contract, but I guess you’re paying extra for convenience) –Parking is packed sometimes because it’s located on a small strip -$ 20 Fee if you lose your access card or break them(keep them away from magnets) –Staff is limited, I hardly ever see a staff member –I don’t see many HOT chicks working out I really like it here, but no staff on site means the kids will get rowdy. There’s this group of kids that come in later in the evening. They bring their large protein drinks in thinking they’re tough. They also open the door for non members to come join them. They don’t wipe down the equipment and they don’t put stuff away. When they’re done working out, they sit around the machines in a large group talking about daily life like girls, cars, work, etc. for hours. They’re playing basketball and volleyball with the medicine balls and break dancing in front of the mirrors too. Get the hell out, when you’re done working out! I really like it here but, the real deal breaker when it all comes down to it, is the price. I love the convenience, but I rather drive an additional 3 miles to save 50% of what I’m paying now. I’ll check back in a year to see if they made any adjustment to their prices.
