i booked a shuttle to take me to the airport, and was informed that it would arrive between 2.30 and 2.45 am.
by 3 am they hadn’t appeared so i called customer service (long and arduous process before you get to speak to a representative), who coolly informed me «they’re on their way». no apologies, no offer to liaise with driver.
i waited another 15 minutes to no avail, all the while tracking the driver who seemed to be going everywhere but where i was waiting. i called them again and they lackadaisically say «we will contact driver» and sounded absolutely disinterested in my increasingly dire situation.
i was finally told that they had the wrong address (which baffled me because 1. GPS and 2. why wait 45 minutes?) and that the driver would arrive soon. by this time i was almost late for my check-​in and boarding, and truly regretting my decision to go with Super Shuttle, who was quick to take my money but slow to actually provide the service and help me get to where i was going.
i arrived barely in time and was never so glad to see TSA (which as everyone knows is saying a lot).
please go with another company if you have other options. i regret spending $ 75 on what should be a painless transfer.

The communication are very good:
1. email link to check in once the plan landed.
2. Driver call me while I’m on my way to get luggage.
3. I get vehicle number, so it is convenience to find the shuttle.

My coworker and I requested a Super Shuttle from the airport to take us to our hotel. It showed up within 20 minutes after the call (although I was on hold for about 10 minutes from the red phone at the airport before anyone picked up). While we were waiting for the shuttle we saw about 4 people get picked up by Über.
When we bought our Super Shuttle tix we opted for the round trip to save a couple bucks ($ 16 one way/​$ 28 round trip). On the day we needed to leave, we looked at the tix and noticed we were supposed to call Super Shuttle 24 hours in advance to reserve our ride to the airport. Fail! Who looks at their tickets ahead of time to notice that? Our original drive didn’t mention the 24 hour period.
We tried to call anyway and see if they could pick us up, but again were on hold for 15 minutes listening to a message saying «please give us 2 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your reservation» and figured that 2 hour notice for a pickup wasn’t going to cut it. We called Über instead, and they showed within 5 minutes.

Flight was 4 hours delayed. Excellent service, waited less than 10 minutes and even got a private cab. Will use again, excellent.

I’m forced to use the Super Shuttle at the MSP airport frequently for work. It is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced in the transportation industry (and I travel for a living). The counter workers are so rude and mean (and incompetent). I often take a $ 40 cab ride out of my own pocket as opposed to the Super Shuttle that is paid for by my company.

Easy to sign up, reserve and get picked up.

It took me maybe 3 mins to sign up and reserve a pick up. So easy.
2. Pick up
Received a text message about the shuttle number and also a map to see where the shuttle was in real time. At the time of my scheduled pick up, I checked the map again, could see it was really close, went out and picked up on time.
Map was super useful.
3. Respectful nice driver
She was super nice, helped with my luggage, on time and nice.
4. Tips
You get a chance to tip when you pay for your reservation online. It’s weird to tip before the service, but I liked it made it possible for me to not carry cash.
5. Great value
It’s almost twice as cheaper than taking a taxi. And in this case, they picked up only 1 other person who was located super close to me. Worth it.
All in all, great service. This was my first time and I think I’ll be using it in the future.

Made an online reservation on 4÷1÷16 and was very clear that I didn’t have a cell phone and that I should be emailed if there were any changes. Waited outside the hotel ten minutes before the scheduled time, then, due to the cold, went right inside the door, letting the doorman know to keep an eye out for the shuttle. More than 30 minutes after the scheduled time, I used the hotel phone to call and was told that a taxi was sent instead of a shuttle — no one emailed or asked for me or asked the doorman to step into the (uncrowded) lobby to announce their arrival and instead just LEFT! I had to pay three times more for a taxi and could have missed my flight.
To top it off, I have called and left messages twice with the manager there (Brandy Cowan) and have not received even the courtesy of an apology, let alone a credit or anything to make this right.
Horrible, horrible customer service!

SuperShuttle provided quick and efficient service for a low price, tons cheaper than a taxi and way cleaner, too. We appreciated the tips the driver provided in finding a good place to eat in downtown Minneapolis. Thank you SuperShuttle. In spite of glitches and an initial unhappy experience with a prepaid VAN request for a ride from Terminal 2 at MSP to our home in Chanhassen, MN on Saturday, 3.19.16, Super Shuttle’s Customer Service responded quickly and apologized. They have refunded my fare along with providing me vouchers for future use. Any business can have a time when they let a customer down, but how they respond to the customer says a lot about the company. In this case I have been very impressed and pleased — thank you.

Both drivers were prompt, courteous, professional, and safe drivers. The first driver helped with luggage, the second didn’t, but a backpack and carry on suitcase were no big deal. Very impressed with their use of text messaging for reminders, shuttle tracking, and announcing when the driver was out front ready to pick up, nicer than honking the horn. I will use them in the future!

My shuttle to the airport at 4am was prompt, and my return flight’s trip was just as organized and stress free. The text updates about location of the van, when to be ready, and when they arrive are helpful and allow for a seamless travel experience.

This is the last time I use this service. Typically I use Über when I am not renting a car, but Minneapolis has always had a great SuperShuttle service. Well, not any more. My pick up ride from the airport was ok until the driver dropped me off in the wrong side of the street and u had to carry all my bags down to my hotel. Not very convenient, but not a deal breaker. The ride to the airport was terrible. Instead of the typical SuperShuttle van, a taxi cab showed up. That was hands down the grossest cab I have ever been in. And I’ve traveled in the cities all over the US. Look at the pictures of the inside. Never again.

Had a fantastic experience this evening on a Super Shuttle from MSP to Chanhassen, MN. The van came within 10 minutes and I was able to track its exact location from my phone-​courtesy of a text message link from Super Shuttle!
The driver was very nice and I conversed with him throughout my 30min trip.
Oh yeah, it was less costly than Über and Taxi… by more than a few bucks.

Excellent service to and from the airport in Minneapolis, MN. The app is very convenient to schedule your pick up. I got very detailed information about when the driver would arrive via text. Would book again.

In the end my driver took me to the wrong hotel. He didn’t know where he was going; would have been quicker to take public transportation. Not worth the cost.

I had a great experience last time so I went for it again. Another great experience and there were some upgrades since the last time I used this service. Booking online is very simple. I got emails and text confirmations which I really like. I got a link that showed me where my ride was while enroute.
On the way there, I was picked up right at the beginning of my window. The shuttle had another passenger to pick up along the way. I was still to the airport in plenty of time. There was a lot of construction that led us on a bit of a detour to the second person, but my driver took it all in stride. He was chatty and friendly. When we got to the airport, I was dropped off at a location off the main drop off area. It was a Delta terminal check in with a super short line. It was super nice to not be dropped off in the main area where the lines are considerably longer.
On the way home, I was sent a text alerting me to the option of checking in online. Loved that! I was able to let them know I was at the baggage claim. Once I arrived, I was already assigned to a van. I waited less than 3 minutes and was being taken to my ride. The driver was, again, very friendly and helpful.
This service is much cheaper than a taxi. What I would have paid for a taxi without tip was still cheaper than what I paid with SuperShuttle with a generous tip already included ($ 75 round trip from Woodbury to MSP with 20% tip included). Even though I had other passengers on both trips, it really was very convenient and I arrived to my destination on both trips much sooner than I expected. I am very happy with my services and will be booking for my next trip this winter.

I’ve used Super Shuttle several times to get both to and from the MSP Airport, it’s reliable and easy to book ahead of time. When going to the airport, I appreciate that they send a confirmation text message with a link to track my driver’s location, are always on time to pick me up, and I arrive with plenty of time to get through security and make it to my gate.
When going from the airport, the wait time for a shuttle can sometimes be a bit long (30 – 45 minutes) and I always seem to be the last person to be dropped off. Due to this time delay, I usually prefer to find someone else to pick me up if I can.
That said, going TO the airport with Super Shuttle has always been a positive experience, and I plan to continue using their transportation services for future flights.

The staff are so rude. I couldnt even finish giving my confirmation number before i was interupted and demanded my last name. These are the worse people to be working at the airport. what an impression that makes. The first person i meet out here and he is both rude and very unhelpfull. Since this was a prepaid ride i cant take a different service but needless to say i will never use this shuttle service again.
Customer service is seriously lacking. What a shame.
