I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this Best Buy location. The staff is very interactive(maybe it’s because I look suspicious), but I’ll take that over the typical«I don’t care about you or my job» attitude that I get in the St. Louis area. I have shopped there dozens of times, and no one has ever tried even a soft upsell, but that’s the manager’s concern, not mine. The staff is good about answering questions and asking for help if they don’t know the answer.

Came in today to price out T. V’s. Really had to use the bathroom and couldn’t wait to get home. Bathroom was fairly clean, not much to complain about there. I needed my space so I go into the handicap stall. Although there was toilet paper in the dispenser, one roll was out and just sitting on top of the dispenser. Would shit here again.

It’s a shame you can’t give ZEROSTARS. Simply stated, I will never shop there again or purchase another item from them… ever. Would advise you to do the same. Enough said.

I took my computer to the Geek Squad for repair, but it came back with more problems, it was not repaired. The desk attendant honestly admitted(GOODFORHER) that no one in the Geek Squad has or receives formal computer training. They merely read manuals to repair computers. This person told me that most people were so «stupid» they couldn’t do the simplest things and 70% of the business is doing what most customers could do on their own. I asked to speak with the General Manager. He was rude, unhelpful, and a bully. I will never again shop at Best Buy or use their services.

We entered the store at approx. 7:30 p.m. this evening(2÷27÷15) looking for three items… a laptop lap desk, an air purifier and ‘The Beat Pill’. We entered the store and three employees were standing chatting at the entrance, not a one addressed us. We spent 20 minutes in the store, passed twelve employees and only ONE asked if they could help us. We just picked up the lap desk as it is a birthday present for tomorrow and I’ve not been able to find one anywhere else. When we did our check out, we told the cashier about our disappointment in have 12 people walk past us with only one person expressing any interest in us at all. He said simply ‘sorry’ and we asked if there were a survey and he said there was one on the receipt… there is not. I did not feel satisfied that I was ‘heard’ and I asked if the manager on duty was available and he said ‘yes…over there in the blue’ as he pointed to the three people who were chatting when we walked in. And guess what… they were all wearing blue. I approached the trio and even though one made eye contact with me, I had to say ‘excuse me… is one of you the manager?’…and a gentleman named Greg said he was. I expressed again my dismay and got another ‘sorry’…but no assurance anything would be done… so we let him know we had plans on purchasing additional items, but we got a sarcastic«I’ll address it immediately’. And then he turned away from us. Rude, rude, rude staff. I WILL not be in a Best Buy again and you can believe me when I say I’m going to let everyone know of my negative experience. Whatever happened to ‘customer service’ in a service industry?

when going to buy an internet Router just about 20 minutes ago, we were in the store looking for someone to assist us in finding the right router and no one came up to the desk. We had to walk to another whole section to get help

I have been going to Best Buy for so long that I find it difficult to review them with an unbiased opinion. Not because I love the company, not because I’m a regular, no, not even close. It is difficult to review a place I feel personally forced to go to despite the amount of BS I already know I am going to go thru to make a simple purchase. You see, I’ve been shopping with Best Buy for so long, that my expectations are 2 – 3 stars at any particular visit. Unless I am buying a game or movie, I would rather jab a stick into my eye than go in here, but there is a problem: I bought my TV from a competitor. They went out of business. Bought a refrigerator from another competitor, went out of business. Bought numerous devices, media, computers, and photography equipment from competitors, and most are ALL out of business! So how do I make a major electronic or home appliance purchase without going to Best Buy? I don’t! I mean, I could try Amazon, but I need to see, feel, touch the product before I buy it. And once I’ve seen it, felt it, touched it, I need it to go home with me RIGHTNOW! Ok, so Best Buy at Mid Rivers Mall:(not the mobile in the mall, the store outside the mall) Service is slow. Slow. Slow. Not entirely their fault. Most of the time there are questions from people that just don’t get technology. Sometimes, explaining that your internet speed has nothing to do with how fast your computer powers on and off just doesn’t sink in the first 38 times. Sometimes. Pricing isn’t horrible. Actually, they usually have some pretty decent deals going on. This weekend I got a pretty good deal on the TV I was forced to buy when the inversion board went out on the one at home. Selection is usually pretty good. It just so happens the TV I wanted was out of stock. It took so long to get someone to find a store that did have them in stock, that I changed my mind and bought a cheaper model with fewer features, so, thanks for saving me some money I guess! Check out. This is separate from service for the simple fact that once you get someone to help you GET an item, they then kick you to another person to actually ring you up.(at least this is how the home theater dept is!) 30 minutes to get someone to simply pull the product, another 20 minutes in a line of 4 customers each having to go thru warranty up-sells, financing options, and whatever else they want to push you for. Rewards. This should be pretty simple. At the home theater section I used my Best Buy card, and my rewards info was easily looked up with my phone number, and it reflected my current address. When Mrs. S decided to grab a movie while I loaded the car, she used the same number, but it pulled up an address from 5 years ago! WTH? Warranty/Repair Service, this is where my impression takes a turn for the better. A few years back I was on vacation, at the Johnson Shut-Ins, carefully navigating the rocks and water falls with my DSLR camera. I was taking photos of my niece sliding down the chutes created by the rocks when she went over a small waterfall and was trapped under the water. I was using my neck strap, dropped the camera and grabbed my niece. By the time I realized it, the camera was done for. Best Buy sent it off to be looked at, and replaced it free of charge. Somehow, a price drop from the price I paid to the price of the new camera allowed me a refund along with the new camera! The service clerk allowed me to use the difference to pay for a new warranty, so I got a new camera(same model) and a FULL warranty with it. Fantastic warranty and service, at least from the repair/replace counter!

Bout 5 months ago. My phone was broken so i had to go get it fixed. but the MAINMANAGER of ALL best buy or this girl claims she is. gave me a attitude when I didn’t even do anything to get this attitude. All I wanted was the geeksquad to fix my phone. Obviously she has no manager training. thinking she’s top dog… even best buy employees whispered to me saying she’s crazy. otherwise if this«so manager» wasn’t there. I would rated this place better. We were coming here a lot before her. Oh we’ll

Good service and friendly employees. My dad bought a TV and the staff was helpful in doing a quality check and loading the item in the car. I thought this store focused on higher quality and pricier TVs. The one in Bridgeton has more mid-range sets. I personally like Best Buy.
