I got an appointment rather quickly, but I had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes to see the doctor!!! The waiting room at the 10^th ave office was uncomfortable and crowded. They took xrays. The machine broke and they had to take the xrays again… When the xrays didn’t turn out the second time, they decided that the limited films that DID turn out were going to be fine, they didn’t want to expose me to xrays again.
His young daughter was roaming around the office, talking to daddy. Not professional. Sure maybe if you are a regular patient, it may be cute, but not to me. He quickly examined me and sent a staff member in to put a piece of felt into the arch of my shoe, and was told to massage my foot. I got better advice from my family practice doctor. I was not given anything for my athletes foot or toenail fungus. not even an information sheet! I was out of the office after seeing him for 3 minutes and his staff for 13 minutes. I’m still in pain, and my sister is lending me a brace to wear at night, and I am getting a little relief with that. Don’t bother to see him, go to one of those speciality foot stores, you will get better care there!
