This is the worst place ever. I do not understand how they passed the health inspection. Everything is dirty from the reused towels to the unclean tools. I can’t believe there’s cockroaches and they think there’s nothing wrong with it. They reuse the same wax stick and the people blow on the wax. NEVEREVERBLOWONTHEWAX! If you went to cosmetology school you know that bacteria spreads that way. The manager(Michael) is the cheapest fool I’ve ever met. He doesn’t fix the AC, so it’s hot as balls there. How do you run a business and treat your customers like crap? If you want your nails done and get treated poorly, come here. I feel so sorry for the employees here. They must not know any better. If I can give zero stars I would, but the shop actually had decent workers. Unfortunately, they work for the most horrible boss ever.

Jackie(man) gave me the best pedicure I have had in a long time. I got the happy toe pedi.

I have never felt so disappointed walking out of a nail salon before. I showed the person working on my nails a picture, and what I walked out with was nothing like it. Three days into my acrylic nails, and they are practically falling apart. They feel brittle and the paint job just keeps getting worse and worse. It’s enough that there are bubbles in almost every other nail, trust me I would’ve gone back and complained if I could. The people that work there approached my little cousin aggressively, not stopping for anything until she’d agree to get her nails painted but I told them that she did not want to and they finally stopped. To cut to the chase, you get what you paid for.

I will definitely return! I have just been for pedicures, but they really do a great job. I’m very peculiar about my nail salons, and I have to say, this place is clean! The staff is friendly and efficient. I like the fact they let you alone to chill if you don’t feel like talking, but I did notice them interacting with obvious regulars while I was there and they were really nice. I will for sure go there for my acrylics when I get them done.

I’ve been to this nail salon several time before with decent service, however the service I received on 7−4−14 was atrocious. Sure they have good prices, but you certainly risk«getting what you pay for»!!! The lady who did my manicure with red nail polish was amateur, at best. I doubt she even had a license. She didn’t paint all the way to my cuticle and the job she was doing was sloppy and she did it over 2 times!!! Still a terrible job the second time around. She didn’t understand anything I was saying to her about the nail polish not being filled in up to the cuticle on the nail, even when I was pointing to it. She then started speaking in Vietnamese to me; I’m sure she was saying all kinds of bad things to me! The manager had to come over and I explained the issue to him. Another lady came over and tried to fix the nail polish messiness but still it looked like a 5 year old did my nails. I was so upset and my husband even thought my nails looked bad. «They look OK from far away», he says. Needless to say, I am done with this place for good.

I’ve been getting my nations done here for about 3 months now. First time I wasn’t really happy when they put the acrylics on. Since I wanted French they did the white nail tips which don’t look good at all. Yet when I went in for my fill ins they have been doing the polish(tip: make sure to ASK for it or they will try to talk you into a back fill which is more). So fill in with white polish tips comes out to be $ 21. Nice price I think. They two people who have done my fill ins(My Long Thi is the name of the lady who did my most recently. I never caught the gentlemen’s name who did it the first time.) took so much care and time into making sure I liked them and that they were perfect. Which is the only reason I’m giving thus place four stars. The place is dirty and the baseboards need to be redone along with the wall one their large window that looks outside. The employees are cramped into the ‘wash/hot water heater room’ as their break room. Along with the washer and dryer for the towels. Not safe at all.

Been here twice and will not be going back. First experience, my shellac was horribly done and on my skin. The male manager tried to fix it but still looked bad and peeled off in a few days. This last time I got a mani and pedi and my manicure had a bunch of little bubbles before I even left. I asked them to redo it and they sent the manager over and he gave me a pretty bad manicure as well. It’s only been 2 days and it’s already chipping. I could’ve done better myself. Waste of money.

I have gone to this nail spa for many years since it opened, because it’s conveniently located at the mall and they take walk-ins easily with no wait(I like to go spontaneously rather than make appointments). I agree that Michael(the owner) is really nice and really bad at nails and left me with sore fingers as well the only time I had him. But Amy, Cindy, Kim, and others are excellent. Pedicures are luck of the draw. Some of the staff are excellent at it. Others not as good. Overall, odds are you’ll get a great nail job and a pretty good pedicure in nice décor, conveniently located, without an appointment. Sweet.
