A World Apart is more thank a new-​age or metaphysical shop, it is a non-​denominational center for spiritual oneness, welcoming all who seek a path to the Divine. In an ideal world all people (faiths, races, groups, etc.) can get along. We may not be able to get everyone to like each other but at least through this store and through the various services offered we can get people to realize that we are all one and that we really can all get along if we are willing to try. Learning about other peoples’ faiths is one way to learn tolerance and peace. Established in 2009.

In 2009 the opportunity to make a change in this world was the first step in making A World Apart what it is today and what it can and will be in the future. A World Apart has always been focused on spirituality as well as providing wonderful products and great prices with excellent customer service. As the business continues to grow with the help of our loyal customer base, we strive to bring you the best in everything we have to offer. Business Owner

As the proud owner of A World Apart, Eden continues to strive for excellence in the Wholistic healing field. «I say wholistic instead of holistic because of the whole-​ness of it. Energy work combined with talk therapy, body work, spiritual guidance and traditional medical care to me is the ideal combination to achieve and maintain a healthy life. There are many layers to the ‘human onion’ that need to be addressed for true wellness to be achieved.»

Eden is currently practicing as a Reiki Master in both Usui and Karuna Reiki traditions and has over 1000 hours of training in the field of Massage. She continues to expand her knowledge base of energy work by reading trade journals, attending and offering various workshops and reading up on the latest healing techniques.
