Dutch Bros is one of the few places I’m SO loyal to, I’ll sport a sticker on my car. Yes, it’s that serious. Dare I use the«L» word? The people that work here are always cool, which is something I’ve found at every single DB I’ve ever visited. One of the guys that works here is a stone cold fox(just saying). The only drawback to this place is the lines can be hideous. It’s been many a time I pulled in, only to leave immediately because there were 10 cars on either side. That means they’re doing something right, but I don’t have time to wait 20 minutes for my coffee, delicious or not. Oh, and the Cocomo WINS.

Waiting behind a car when Matt comes along to ask what they can get started for us. Super friendly, fun to chat with. Latte was there for me when I reached the window. Great service, great coffee. Thanks, Matt!

Good consistent kicker, employees were friendly/happy/efficient. Lines on both sides backed up so one of the baristas took orders from the awaiting cars, texting the order to those inside making the drinks. Good solution to their«problem» of being overly busy. This location has a weird driveway/exit coupled with parked cars and stupid drivers made me a bit frustrated. Come on people you have plenty of room to drive by me… Besides I didn’t design this parking lot/drive thru… So Don’t mean mug me!

Too much chit chatting when both sides have 5 cars. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to make the car in front one drink.

So two cars ahead of us, we pull up behind the second car. 4 minutes later we get a knock on our car window from the lady in the car behind us. She said we cut her off. We told her she was parked way over to the side, like she wasn’t in line. She leaves and we pull up to order only to be rudely lectured by the counter barista about cutting in line!!! Unbelievable. Barista claims this happens all the time. Well if that is the case, put up frickin signs or paint lines so you never have to treat customers rudely again. Totally unbelievable.

Without a doubt one of the BESTDB’s around. Staff is always very friendly and courteous. For some reason the coffee always tastes better here. They have a GREAT manager who always has a smile and is willing to go the extra mile for you. There must be a reason for such a long line and it’s not because they’re slow but rather because they are good.

I get to Oregon regularly — flying into PDX and driving down to Eugene to see family. I always look forward to stopping and getting a cup of coffee at Dutch Bros. So much better than Starbucks — normally. This time I pulled up and they had the music blasting so loud we had a hard time communicating with the gal working. What I got was a Luke warm cup of coffee that came no where near to the quality I was used to. She didn’t ring us up either, did the math in her head. Thinking the drawer may be light at the end of the night.

A small coffee hut, if you will, with 2 drive thru lines. Service was energetic and friendly, but our large iced annihilator tasted only okay and similar to an iced coffee from McD’s. Good for getting something on the run, but not if you’re in too much of a hurry, especially if the line is a few cars deep.

Staff is wonderful, drinks are tasty. Do you need more? :) I suggest a vanilla caramel blended breve, or an iced annihilator :)

LOVE the hot white mocha from Dutch Bros! The staff at this location is super friendly and personable(I guess you have to be at a fully drive thru location) and they aren’t bad to look at either ;)

This Market St. location is a lot friendlier than the one in Keizer. Good coffee all the time, with a smile!
