Mow Town Lawn Care

We had purchased a groupon for this company and it took weeks and several phone calls/​messages (none of which they returned) to get them to come out to honor the groupon. When they finally did come out the guy was very unprofessional and rude to begin with. He asked me if my parents were home… I am 25 and was dressed professionally having just come home from work? Then he acted like he didn’t know anything about the groupon and I explained that my husband had called and set this up previously and he stated rudely that my husband had spoke to his boss not him, but proceeded to get to work so I left it at that. AFTER he did whatever he did he came back and stated that my yard did not qualify for the groupon and stated that although the groupon didn’t say so that it was only intended to be used for lawns that were already well maintained and that our lawn that clearly been neglected for months did not qualify. He then stated he had mowed as a courtesy but that if we wanted our lawn done as the groupon stated it would be $ 1000 and I could call groupon if I had a problem with that and left. Our yard is FAR from neglected, and the groupon was only for lawn edging, mowing and fertilizing. I went out to look at the job he had done and he had half assed edging maybe a third of the yard and though there were tire tracks across the back yard it didn’t appear to have been mowed as it was extremely uneven in height. No fertilizer had been used and he had blown the debris from the areas he had edged all into my pond and all over my flower beds. We tried calling the owner several times to discuss to job done and of course we weren’t able to reach him! They defiantly did not fulfill the terms of the group on. We were hoping to find a company that was good to use while my husband was deployed over seas next year but it sure as hell isnt going to be this one. They had terrible customer service were very unprofessional and half assed the job. Not impressed and do not recommend anyone use this company.

Lenny and his guys came out to our place for a cleanup and did a fantastic job. They mowed, edged, weeded and barked the front and back lawns and worked VERY hard. We were very pleased. We would highly recommend Mow Town Lawn Care.
